Pros:

El millor el tracte de tot el personal (recepció, cambrers, ...), disposats en tot moment a ajudar amb un somriure. Ubicació prop del casc antic. Esmorzar (de pagament) excel·lent.

Great deal, lots of space.
Pros:

Spacious, very clean, and has all the things needed to make a meal at the hotel

Cons:

The tv was not working. We turned it on, logged into our account and it still did not work.

Traveling by bike? Stay at the Hotel, they are amazing.
Pros:

We booked at the apartments because we were staying for 4 days and wanted to eat some meals in. Unfortuntately it was during a heat wave and our apartment had no air conditioning. Apparently some have it and some don't? Hard to believe that today a large modern hotel/apartment complex would not have HVAC at all.

Cons:

Communication and customer service is non-existent, unlike the hotel that has a 42 hour huge front desk staff, incredible restaurant bar and staff, beautiful lobby...

The location is terrible if you are traveling by bicycle. They wanted us to store our bikes 6 at t floors under the hotel, which is not easy to access from the Apartments.

If you are self-supplied have a car and get a room with AC you should have no problem.

We liked the location.

Cons:

Could improve the check in and check out experience. Pictures when booking are misleading, as the majority refer to the upgraded rooms. Rooms were fine, could refine the details more. Beds were really comfy but sofa really uncomfortable.
