Hotel bien ubicado
Pros:

Hotel perfecto como punto de partida para visitar los pueblos de Navarra, está situado en una zona industrial y tiene varios supermercados y tiendas cerca. Pamplona está a poco minutos en coche. La habitación estaba limpia y era moderna.

Cons:

Las almohadas eran bastante incómodas, muy finas y duras.

Für die Besichtigung von Pamplona ok, wenn man den Weg bis in die Stadt akzeptiert.
Pros:

Frühstück war gut, außer der Kaffee.

Cons:

Internet war auf unserem Zimmer sehr schlecht. Mußte in die Lobby um guten Empfang zu haben.

When you are subjected to a hate crime and racist abuse you want to score less than 1, but there isn't an option.

Never in my lifetime did I ever expect to be told to f**k off so aggressively in a public environment by a racist waiter.

The waiter responsible did this in front of other guests and simply because we asked to see a menu. On leaving the restaurant abruptly the waiter then did a Hitler and racist salute from behind the bar and said "Heil Hitler" twice. This in a country blighted by a historical fascist event.

This experience left us extremely upset and brought my wife to tears. We made a verbal complaint at the time, but should have called the Guardia Civil to deal with the incident.

Instead, we agreed to let AZZ Hotel Group deal with the incident, which was a mistake. The investigation was biased and meant to protect their corporate image above our specific emotional needs.

The investigation wasn't a transparent as one would expect from a European nation who has a zero tolerance approach to racism. The individual should have been arrested and prosecuted. I did ask for the video evidence from the incident, but have not had a reply to my email.

Credit and gratitude must go to the female receptionist who was equally shocked by the behaviour of a racist colleague. She dealt with the incident professionally and with compassion - well done 👏🏽👏🏽

The experience is meant to warn other potential guests of the calibre of staff being employed by AZZ Hotel Group. We have since been refunded the cost of the hotel stay, which we are grateful for but will do our best to warn others about this ghastly hotel chain.
