Pros:

BEST SHOWER PRESSURE you’d ever experience in your life. Wish I could have that in my house. Private parking, decent breakfast with plenty of options. And we had problem with our car and staff was super helpful

Cons:

Location is a bit far out from the center, but I think it is reflected in the price (which is fair)
But if you have a car it is no issues because in Pamplona there are plenty of places for parking

The main reception was stunning and modern. The breakfast was very nice with quality ingredients and lots of choice.

Cons:

The location - but that was our fault for not researching the area properly. Our room (222) was tied and worn out. The laminate flooring was broken with edges that were sharp and the Air Conditioning didn’t work. The temperature was 28 degrees and reception acknowledged that there was an issue with the Air Conditioning and gave us a fan. The hotel restaurant wasn’t open and the bar closed at 19.00. This is not the fault of the hotel but there were street parties happening locally with restaurants being used privately. As the hotel restaurant wasn’t open, we ended up having a Burger King!!
