Posizione comoda e staff molto gentile. Colazione ok.

4 STELLE MA NON PROPRIO
Pros:

la reception è sempre aperta e il personale disponibile .
la camera era grande e molto pulita.
per fortuna il secondo giorno una cameriera ci ha portato un climatizzatore portatile rendendo la seconda notte più piacevole.
Il ristorante è ottimo e a prezzi onesti.
la colazione è al buffet e molto ricca .

Cons:

appena arrivati , il parcheggio non era per niente illuminato e distante dall'ingresso principale ,
abbiamo chiesto un cavetto per il cellulare ma ne erano sprovvisti.
l'aria condizionata non funzionava e in camera la temperatura era di 32 gradi! C'è stato detto che avevano avuto un guasto all'impianto e ci è stato suggerito di aprire le finestre che oltretutto non avevano la funzione basculante.
Non abbiamo chiuso occhio per il caldo!

avevamo 2 etti gemelli di cui uno con materasso a molle scomodissimo..
Nel bagno il porta fazzoletti era vuoto e mancava il tappeto per la doccia che oltretutto perdeva acqua dal tubo allagando il pavimento.
il phon non funzionava.
Eravamo al secondo piano e già dal mattino seguente l'ascensore risultava FUORI SERVIZIO

Staff cortese e disponibile,una bella location ma un po trascurate le stanze

Stanze poco curate,aria condizionata assente e bagno da rivedere,il termoarredo arrugginito e riverniciato,tavoletta del wc svitata,sciacquone che si incantava. Per un 4 stelle troppi difetti

This hotel is no longer of good quality
Pros:

On complaining about the room offered we were then moved to an appartment which was most acceptable
The staff were helpful. The food in the pizza restaurant was good.
The restaurant menu was pretentious

Cons:

The room we were offered had no air conditioning and the temperature was 33.4 Centigrade and rising
The breakfast was very poor quality, the coffee was undrinkable. The scrambled eggs were cold and rubbery.
We were told that there had been a storm and the air conditioning was damaged.
The grounds confirmed this to some extent
The hotel is no longer of the standard of when we first stayed there

Pessima soluzione che purtroppo ho provato per 2 volte in 2 mesi.
