Niente
Stanza con 32 gradi all interno. Impossibile stare. Andiamo via senza soggiornare e dopo 1 mese ancora nessun rimborso ne segnale di alcun tipo dopo Pec e numerose chiamate. Strutture così non dovrebbero esistere.
Légèrement isolé et silencieux, gentillesse du personnel.
Le petit déjeuner très pauvre pour un hôtel 4 étoiles et de basse qualité, nous avons été très déçus.
Lhôtel mériterait un ravalement de façade et de la maintenance. Le nettoyage dans les parties communes pourrait être amélioré.
Notre appartement donnait sur les poubelles (caissons et sacs remplis). Le premier qui nous a été fourni a eu une perte de la climatisation. Le personnel nous a fourni la seconde chambre (appartement indépendant) pour lequel nous avons signalé des fourmis.

La reattività della ragazza alla reception il giorno del check-in (+o - all'ora di pranzo).
Camere vecchie. Avrebbe bisogno di essere ristrutturato. La camera di mia mamma si trovava all'altezza di una tettoia di ferro e ha piovuto tutta la notte. Mia madre è anziana, sente poco e nonostante questo fatta il rumore della pioggia sulla tettoia era insopportabile. Ha chiamato qualcuno durante la notte ma nulla da fare. Di più abbiamo chiesto preventivi per gruppo, almeno 2 volte per questo albergo e un altro dello stesso gruppo la Posta a CAVOUR ma non siamo stati chiamati. Per me sarà l'ultima volta
