New Park Hotel

This is 4 Stars hotel but I consider it 5 Stars,

Excellent Management, they try to do there best to make you happy, rooms are clean, Room service is quick responsive, House keeping were excellent
The location of this Hotel is Excellent, it's simple in the middle of Kuwait
I stayed in this hotel for very long term,
I highly recommend this hotel for Kuwait visitors

Stayed twice. First time was good. Second time the hotel was fully booked so i they gave me a low quality room. But overall it was ok

My Experience in NPH is wonderful

This is my choice for a hotel where I can stay at all times. i will never consider any other hotel while I am in Kuwait.

Very old furniture. Cleanness is below average. One of the worst beds I tried ever. It is hard to get a free park sometimes. You'll find a lot of guests smoke inside either at the lobby or you'll smell it in the corridors! I was supposed to stay for a week but checked out after one night since I arrived very late.

If you are just looking for a low cost place to sleep this is the right place
No facilities

I stayed there for a month. It is a nice place with excellent food in my opinion. Staff are still new and trying to help wherever they can. The management still trying to soften the rough edges around the place.

Rooms are clean and cozy. However, they differ from floor to floor and not just the colours and the decor. The newest rooms with LCD tv's and modern furniture are on the fourth floor and up. Anything below is a little bit old. Their room service is helpful as much as they can but there is more to be desired.

I had a problem with plumbing in my room on the fourth floor which caused very bad smell and wet carpet in the room. It took them two days to change the room since they didn't admit there was a problem with the room. I insisted and replaced it although with a room on the third floor.

Their breakfast is excellent and sometimes they have buffet lunch which is yummy and has various options.

The noise from the highway wasn't that bad.

Highly pleasant stay where the hotel manager, Mr. Rohan, personally ensured I was comfortable. The room was clean and well appointed, and I really appreciated the balcony as I di enjoy fresh air while sleeping.

In Kuwait i stayed New Park Hotel in two nights. Nice Ambiance and atmosphere. Very tasty complimentary breakfast. On this Continental, Arabic, Turkish, Chinese combination is served as buffet system. Rooms are very attractive. Nice location. But room service is not so good.

The staff were nice, however, they just had no idea! The hotel mainly caters to Saudi tourists who I assume only go there when there is not much choice. The famous reply to any request is 5 minutes which really means that they will ignore you. They did not fix a single mistake before 5-10 calls. Very close to the high way so no real prospect of quiet sleep. It is a smokers hotel and no matter how clean it stank like an ashtray. Even the local meal I ordered came slightly burned. They seemed on a mission to prove that they can do everything wrong. The lobby was constantly full of angry residents with problems or guests who made reservations only to find that no rooms were available.

I stayed for two nights in the hotel and everything was very good. The rooms are clean, very helpful staff, amazing food and the outside garden is very nice and relaxing. The location is convenient, 5 minutes by car from Kuwait city. Highly recommended.

I had the chance to stay at New Park Hotel on a recent business trip I had to Kuwait. The whole process from booking the room and up until checkout was handled very professionally. All visa arrangements, airport pickup and drop-off, as well as all of my requests and inquiries were taken care of promptly.

The hotel is very strategically located and it would be easy to get anywhere in the city with the use of a taxi on short notice. The hotel staff are all very polite and welcoming and made sure my stay was a pleasant one.

The breakfast is on offer from 6:30AM till 10:00AM which makes it very convenient to schedule your mornings. The breakfast buffet itself offers a lot of options to choose from.

The hotel also has a nice cafe where the guest can enjoy a coffee outside if the weather permits.

Overall my stay at the hotel was excellent and it met all my expectations and they have succeeded in guaranteeing that I will come back for another stay.

From first glance, attracts the siteoverlooking the Arabian Gulf Street and on the sea and more importantly, the warm reception given to the employees of the hotel from Mr. Rohan (Front Office Manager ) and Osama ( Hotel Manager ) and the reception staff makes me next visit to Kuwait Book in the same hotel without any doubt, the hotel characterizes the two restaurants someone Korean and available garden with a café serving shisha and other. And the services of the hotels that provide you the trouble of checkout to search, and if you do not are available as are around the hotel and staff are doing this service for you to get to customer satisfaction to maximum extent.
