Cons:

Pas dormi 2 nuits car clim défectueuse, après avoir dû changé de chambre nous avons été piquet aux jambes par de petites bêtes, après que la chambre est été désinfecté, pas de piscine le dernier jour car elle n’avait pas été entretenue le week-end.
Nous avions loué 14 nuits et je pense que la direction aurait pu faire un geste en nous offrant la dernière nuit et profiter une dernière fois de la piscine

Bon petit déjeuner, un personnel très professionnel et toujours au petit soin, idem pour les personnes qui s'occupaient des chambres,toujours à l'écoute

Cons:

La climatisation catastrophique les deux premiers jours, nous avons dû changer de chambre, deux nuits s'en dormirent à cause de la chaleur
Des bêtes dans la 2e chambre, la direction à très vite remédier au problème
Et enfin, pas de piscine. Le dernier jour, car elle n'avait pas été entretenue

La piscine TOP, le petit-déj FLOP
Pros:

Nous avons adoré la piscine qui est bien pensée et aménagée.
Nous avons apprécié la taille de la chambre familiale.
Les lits étaient confortables et la chambre était propre.
Le parking est également un point fort de l'établissement.
L'accueil était chaleureux.

Cons:

La salle du petit-déjeuner est très impersonnelle et le petit-déjeuner en soit manquait cruellement de propositions/choix. Dommage.

Comodità e accoglienza
Pros:

Comodità della posizione e per la presenza del ristorante all’interno della struttura .Gentilezza del personale.

Cons:

Abbiamo avuto un problema con la climatizzazione all’interno della stanza ,il personale è venuto immediatamente cercando di risolvere il problema nonostante l’ora in tarda serata.
Il problema è stato risolto per la notte ma poi il problema si è verificato nuovamente la mattina seguente ma eravamo in partenza .
Il personale ha confermato che è già previsto un cambio del climatizzatore per alcune delle stanze dell’hotel .
