חדר מלוכלך, שיערות על הכריות, מקלחת מטונפת, מרפסת מסריחה עם שאריות של בלונים קרועים ארוחת בוקר זוועה ,מלצרית רוסיה צווחנית, צועקת עלינו ועל אורחים נוספים כי ישבנו בשולחן ארוחת הערב. (זאת היתההארוחת בוקר כן), אין מיץ תפוזים בארוחת הבוקר, ברז המים טפטף ונוכחות מים ברצפה, גועל נפש! פרט לפקידי הדלפק בקבלה שהם מצויינים,,כל השאר גועל נפש

אחד החדרים לא היה מוכן ב 15:00, מקלחת זקוקה לשיפוץ רציני, וילון בחדר שלא מסתיר את האור, חדר האוכל בבוקר נסגר לפני הזמן, מכונות שתיה וקפה ריקות ולא פועלות, מבחר דל מאוד, מיושן מאוד.
