Overall great, not happy about the deception for happy hour.
Pros:

Clean rooms and a good breakfast

Cons:

The happy hour was misleading. Nothing indicated that it was only on weekdays when I got the room. No need for deception.

Cons:

Most of the staff were rude, the breakfast was the same thing everyday, and wasn't good ,all the dishes in our room were dirty,and they didn't have any luggage carts.

Solid Omaha hotel with good value
Pros:

This is my go-to hotel in Omaha. It's clean, comfortable and -- if you get a room that is not facing Dodge Street -- quiet. I like having the extra space of a full kitchen. And the hotel is generous with upgrades for a Titanium member, when possible. Years ago, I had an issue with this hotel honoring late checkout, but since then, that's never again been a problem: Staff is always willing to honor the benefit. This is part of the Midtown Crossing development, so there are lots of restaurants, etc., within walking distance. I'd it's nice outside, Turner Park is also literally steps away. One thing to note: Parking is $15 a night in the attached garage. It requires a separate QR code and can be a little finicky.

What I liked most about this property is that it was the cleanliness and the staff were exceptionally nice and friendly!
I also loved the breakfast bar!!

Cons:

There wasn’t much not to like about this property. I was extremely satisfied.
