Pros:

The registration staff was friendly and helpful. Housekeeping had a language barrier but otherwise stay was good.

Pros:

chef Katherine was the goat!! So personable and makes the best omelettes! My kids are still talking about them! They literally jumped out of bed to see if he was downstairs to make their favs (that he remembered after day 1)!

Sadly, the stay almost ruined Phantom for my family

Cons:

The common areas showed overuse and lack of cleaning. The door to our room was severely damaged with a break from one side of the door to the other. Maintenance walked right into our room without announcing himself while my teenage daughter was changing her clothes after being told earlier that we had not checked out and our stands do two days. Confusion with our two day stay where someone had checked us out of our room. Not enough help at the front desk caused long wait times to be served. And… there is no on site parking. You must valet at 70$ a day or walk over had a mile with luggage. It was mentioned in very tiny font on the website but it was difficult to find, so be prepared!

Another fabulous stay
Pros:

Teresa and Bre at the front desk were amazing. Great customer service, I felt like I was talking to family instead of a stranger. 10/10 would recommend this hotel

Cannot figure out how this hotel could get a high rating
Pros:

The inch-thick carpets that infest the rooms are impossible to clean and seem to harbor colonies of dust mites, which triggered a severe allergy. It is appalling to think that hordes of previous guests must have trampled over them wearing the same shoes they use outdoors. Housekeeping is erratic—I had to complain to have the room cleaned daily, as it was initially scheduled only every other day. Breakfast is barely acceptable, and the restaurant is mediocre.
