Beautiful hotel! Our room 1715 needs some assistance as neither the toilet nor the shower operated properly! Toilet barely flushed and took a long time to refill! Shower needs to be redone as both water knobs are not operating! Loose hardware and installed upside down making it almost impossible to operate! This is a handicap accessible room which is sad to think that the bathroom is nearly not functional!

Chef Alex delivered an exceptional breakfast experience. From the moment we connected, his energy set the tone. Warm, engaging, and genuinely passionate about his craft, he made the entire experience feel personal.

The omelettes were on another level—perfectly seasoned, light, and cooked with precision. Every bite reflected intention and skill.

Great food is one thing. Pairing it with a strong personality and authentic hospitality makes it memorable. Chef Alex created that kind of morning.

I’m currently here for a four-day stay in downtown Denver and wanted to give a special shout-out to the front desk team—Mel and Teresa.
Both have been incredibly helpful, professional, and welcoming. They’ve gone out of their way to make sure everything runs smoothly, and it truly shows how much they care about the guest experience.
The hotel has a great team overall. Breakfast has been excellent—the chefs are preparing delicious, fresh, made-to-order omelets for guests each morning, which is a great touch. The food is fresh and well organized. The linens and sheets are clean and well maintained, the coffee area is always tidy, and the rooms are large, spacious, and comfortable with beautiful city views. The beds are especially comfortable, and the downtown location is ideal.
Big appreciation to the entire staff, and a special thanks again to Mel and Teresa for being so proactive and helpful. Keep up the great work—I’ll be sure to share this feedback with leadership.

I have stayed at this hotel for years when I go downtown for events and never had a problem so i was surprised with the banquet services provided for the Dinner Detective show. The service was poor and a few people in our party became ill about 9 hours after the meal. The Embassy responded that they did everything right and assured me that they made the salad served that day and the food that was cooked the day before was held at correct temperatures which was surprising since the food was warm at best and explains why the food looked the way it did.

The room was very cozy, and I was able to make lots of fun memories there. Customer service was impeccable; I’d stay here every day if I could. Cora and Kristjana were incredibly kind and accommodating.

The front office staff at this hotel are amazing with superb customer service! I specifically want to thank Cora, kristjana, & Merino.

Krijana was amazing, I am not an easy customer.
I was somewhat demanding in the type of room that I wanted and Krijana was so polite and knowledgeable throughout the whole time that she found me the perfect room.

I will be referring friends, family, and customers to this hotel because of her.

Mel, Eve, Krisjiana at the front desk were more than welcoming and treated us like family.
Jay at the bar area was very friendly and took great care of us adults. Jay also showed up as the bar rep for happy hour which was so nice to see and hang out with her again. Great personality and great sense of humor.

Thank you folks so much again for making our stay so wonderful, we felt like we never left home and that we were with family.

I love the spacious rooms and open atrium of Embassy Suites! The night staff especially Glenna Price was awesome, a sweet person to talk to, and very responsive.

Chef Alex makes the best omelettes!
