The location is extremely convenient for anyone who prefers traveling by BTS. The hotel is clean, and the room size offers good value for the price. The front desk staff are also very friendly and helpful.
My friend had a cigarette butt in her handbag after smoking outside the hotel. A housekeeping staff member searched through our personal bag, found it, and then accused us of smoking in the room, issuing a 5,000 THB fine.
We spoke with the front desk and explained the situation. After reviewing the case, the hotel canceled the fine. However, what disappointed us the most was that we never received any apology from the housekeeping staff for searching our personal belongings and making a false accusation.
This experience made us feel that our privacy was not respected, and the way the situation was handled was very unprofessional.

Hotel is beautiful. The breakfast was sensational. Nice outdoor roof terrace where u can eat. Our room was amazing with a garden glassed in our room . I loved everything about the hotel. Not as intimate as a small hotel but everyone was efficient.

The room was spacious with bathroom as big as the size of a room. In-room dining was affordable and the quality was good.
Poor choice of breakfast with awful order management. Our order was disregarded leaving us with fewer buffet options. The two of us ordered at the same time, with one order making it to the table 20 minutes later leaving us to wait for the 2nd order to eat together
