スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで素晴らしい。このホテルの設備は良くないが、スタッフ努力で何とか運営されている。　朝ごはんはオーダーバイキングで温かい料理が提供され種類は多い、が美味しくない。。　一方で、敷地内にある日本食レストラン蟻月のレベルが高い。スタッフはきめ細やかな対応で、本物の日本食が味わえる。　イタリアンレストランは、雰囲気がよく味は普通だがシニア男性スタッフの対応が横柄で好感を持てない。

Cons:

1305の部屋をアサインされた。老朽化は否めない。エアコンは故障しカビ臭い。一晩我慢したが、服や髪の毛がカビ臭くなった。にも関わらず芳香剤でごまかし修理せずに放置されていた。ハウスクリーニング後の雑巾が洗面台に放置され、更に悪臭。エアコンが故障し蒸し暑い。こんなところに客を宿泊させるのかと呆れていると、トイレの水が流れずトラブル続き。さすがに部屋の変更を申し出ると、芳香剤スプレーをまくとのこと。そんなレベルではないので断るとすぐに部屋変更対応はしてくれた。　長い間仕事で一年の内半分をホテルで過ごしているがこれほど酷い経験は他にはない。

Mooi hotel met lekker eten op een goede locatie.w
Pros:

Mooie ruime kamers. Heerlijk Italiaans restaurant, heel veel beter ga je niet vinden in Bangkok. Lekker ontbijt. Zwembadwater koud (wat moet dat in de winter zijn). Het Japans retaurant beneden best vermijden, er zijn er veel betere in de stad.

Cons:

Het hotel verdient een opknapbeurt. Vooral op de badkamers zou men de deuren moeten vervangen. Ook de bar aan het zwembad verdient een betere uitbater. De mijnheer die er stond had er echt geen zin in.

Easy to access
Pros:

Room was big and comfortable with a large refrigerator. Staff was very helpful. It was just me alone The Tv was easy to operate and it had a special bathing tub. The Massage center gave me one of the best massages ever.

Cons:

No cookware so I could not boil water to make ramen - then the wanted extra money to turn on the electrical stove top

الاقامه جدا ممتازه وجدا خدومين ويساعدون بكل شي وايد وايد استمتعت بالاقامه + السويت وايددد واسع ومريح

The accommodation is excellent. Everyone is very friendly and helpful with everything. I really enjoyed my stay, and the suite was spacious and comfortable.
