Location, facility and staff

Cons:

It was a very good experience. However, hotel policy of holding on to 4,000 BHT as security is not justified especially when they checked and verified at the end of stay that there was no usage of mini bar or damage to the property. Still I was told that 4000 BHT will be credited back to my credit card in 7 to 14 days. These funds shouldn't have been charged in the first place and after verification at the end of stay, decision to charge them or not to charge them should have been taken.

Pros:

Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr zuvorkommend! Das Frühstück hatte sehr gute Qualität mit wechselnden Angeboten und frischen Säften. Das Zimmer hatte einen fantastischen Ausblick und das Bett war sehr bequem. Vorallem die Bettwäsche war sehr weich! Wir kommen bei unserem nächsten Aufenthalt sehr gern wieder!

Cons:

Es gibt nichts auszusetzen!!!!

Deux nuits au top, avec une équipe adorable et un hôtel vraiment agréable. Je recommande sans hésiter !
Pros:

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour ! La piscine est superbe, la salle de sport très agréable et les cocktails du bar vraiment excellents. Le personnel est adorable, très accueillant et toujours aux petits soins. La chambre est confortable et le lit très agréable.

Et surtout, mention spéciale pour le petit-déjeuner, qui est vraiment exceptionnel ! Beaucoup de choix, très varié et tout était délicieux, des jus aux plats salés et sucrés.

What I appreciated most about Hansar Bangkok was its excellent room facilities, the exceptional professionalism and hospitality of the staff, the high-quality breakfast, and the attentive service provided by the restaurant team. The hotel’s convenient location and generous room upgrade further enhanced my experience, making this my best stay at Hansar Bangkok to date. I look forward to returning within the next two months.

Dejligt
Pros:

Personale var 5 stjerner vær og man følte sig værdsat. Suiten var dejlig lyd isoleret og vi hørte ikke andre gæster. Vi havde en fin udsigt fra vores suite. Poolen var dejlig og der lå en bar lige ved siden af så det var nemt at få drikkevare, du kunne sågar bestille mad fra de 3 madsteder og så det leveret til poolen. Roomservice var nem og hurtigt så vi fik varm mad.

Der ligger 2 massage steder i bygningen, vi prøvede kun Lux spa og det var så godt. Vi har aldrig fået så gode massage som vi fik der. Det er noget man skal prøve hvis man besøger Hansar, prisen var også meget fair

Cons:

Vores suite trængte til en renovering. Der var flere skuffer som ikke virkede korrekt og der var en del tegn på skader på møbler. Temperaturen i bruseren var lidt længe om at blive varm og den var lidt svær at få til at blive stabil i temperaturen
