The room were nicely decorated and clean and of a roomy size. The staff was nice and efficient, polite and helpful. The omelets at breakfast were delicious and the offerings at breakfast were very good!

L’hôtel est propre et bénéficie d’un emplacement pratique. Parking gratuit et fonctionnel. J’ai particulièrement apprécié l’attention de l’hôtesse qui m’a offert une bouteille d’eau pour la route lorsque j’ai rendu les clés de ma chambre. Les photos de ma chambre correspondent à la Suite Junior avec Lit King-Size et Balcon.

Le petit-déjeuner est agréable, avec plusieurs choix d’omelettes, des muffins, de la charcuterie et quelques autres produits. Ce n’est pas un buffet copieux, mais il reste largement suffisant, d’autant plus qu’il était inclus dans ma formule. Parfait vu la gratuité.

Le rapport qualité-prix est satisfaisant. Malheureusement, l’odeur très forte des produits d’entretien dans la chambre a fortement nui à mon séjour. Malgré les points positifs de l’établissement, c’est un élément qui m’empêcherait d’y séjourner à nouveau.

Malheureusement, ce qui a totalement gâché mon séjour est l’odeur très forte de produits détergents dans la chambre. Elle était tellement présente qu’elle m’a donné la nausée. Si cela avait été possible, j’aurais changé d’hôtel dès mon arrivée, mais mon séjour de deux nuits était déjà payé et les démarches pour obtenir un remboursement m’ont semblé trop compliquées.

J’ai donc pris sur moi, mais cela a été particulièrement difficile tant l’odeur était persistante. Elle me rappelait celle que l’on retrouve parfois dans certaines maisons de retraite, ce qui rendait l’atmosphère peu agréable. Pour cette raison, je ne réserverai pas à nouveau dans cet établissement.

Concernant les équipements, la piscine est assez petite et souvent très fréquentée. Cela ne m’a toutefois pas particulièrement dérangée, car l’hôtel est bien situé et il y a beaucoup d’activités à faire à proximité.

À noter également pour les voyageurs : les plages de Key West ne sont pas forcément à la hauteur des attentes. Lors de mon séjour, elles étaient plutôt sales et la baignade n’était pas très agréable. La piscine peut donc être une meilleure option.
