Will not return there
Cons:

2 elevatora, 1 not working the other across the paeking lot. We were on the second floor and I am diabled. Elevator 2 was not working properly, 3 times we had to go to the office someone came and he said the elevator door was not working , would not close all the way so elevator would not work. Office person ran up the stairs to do something to the door so it ran until the next person took it up and then it was stuck again.I asked to give us a room on the first floor, i nneeded a sofa for me and a bed for the other person. was told they only have a room with one king bed, which would not nwork for me.

Silver Palms Inn to w sumie dwa obiekty, nowoczesny hotel oraz zabytkowy dom - La Pensione Guesthouse po drugiej stronie ulicy. Zatrzymalismy się w tym drugim, w pokoju Deluxe King, w pierwszym zaś jest parking pod budynkiem (super, bo auto się nie nagrzewa) oraz serwowane są śniadania. La Pensione robi fajne "kolonialne" wrażenie, pokój jest przestronny, ładnie urządzony, jest lodówka, ekspres przelewowy i dobry telewizor. Z pokoju jest wyjście na galerię, ale nie jest to prywatny balkon, więc trzeba się liczyć z innymi gośćmi. łazienka ładna, przestronna, prysznic OK, kosmetyki dobre. Śniadania dość proste, ale na szczęście pani przy basenie smaży na zamówienie omlety. Lokalizacja OK, niedaleko głównych atrakcji Key West.

Cons:

La Pensione stoi przy dość ruchliwej ulicy, z której hałas wdziera się do pokoi nawet przy zamkniętych oknach. Budynek z pewnością niebawem czeka odświeżenie, bo trochę już "trąci myszką"

Breakfast omelette station was wonderful. We liked the overall layout and spaciousness of our specific room, the friendly and helpful staff, the covered parking area, the thorough cleaning schedule of facilities and pool, and the proximity to historic areas.

Cons:

The bedding, pillows, and towels were not comfortable. The shower water pressure was lacking. They could have more of a variety of foods in the general breakfast area. The wifi service was in and out. Consider updating the flooring in the bathrooms as well as the toilets.
