Silver Palms is my Key West Home away from Home
Pros:

The room was modern looking and up to date. The staff brought fresh towels and made the bed every day and cleaned the room. The breakfast was very good. I really enjoyed eating an omelette every morning. A small thing, but they use a good quality orange juice and the coffee was also very good. The hotel itself is nothing out of the ordinary, but the staff is top notched and are friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay at the Silver Palm again on my next visit to Key West.

Cons:

I do not see anything that could be improved. A fantastic place to stay.

Near downtown, walkable distance.

Cons:

Odor of sewerage in bathroom prevailing into the room. The AC is fixed at 76’ and it gets hot at night. Would have like to be at 74’ instead of 76 to be comfortable at night. Also, when checking in, front desk tried to collect another $20 per person per night even thought everything was paid for upfront through booking.com. Beds are slightly soft and getting old. Breakfast was not that good and not up to par with other hotels. Small little cups for water and coffee.

God morgenmad. Fine værelser. Vi var heldige at blive opgraderet. Vi havde tre værelser og alle værelser var fine. Meget venlig personale. Hyggeligt og god key West stemning. Vi har boet her to gange nu og kommer gerne igen.

Det ligger et stykke fra Duval street. Man kan sagtens gå.
