Definitely we’ll repeat the accommodation if we are going again to Paris!
Pros:

Special place with atmosphere for people keen of arts!
Perfect location - one of the best places for accommodation nearby Opera!
Fast and easy access to the metro station, walking distance to place di Concorde!
The room was enormous big comparing the standards of Paris - we had a roof terrace, big bathroom with bathtub ;-).
The breakfast was acceptable!

Breakfast was good, including good bread and pastries and tasty cheese (and more), but an addition of some vegetables would be great. The rooms were comfortable and location convenient. The most outstanding part was the staff, who were very nice, pleasant and helpful.

Goed gelegen hotel met kleine kamers
Pros:

De lokatie met cafes, restaurants, winkels en ov in de buurt. De kamer was goed uitgerust

Cons:

De kamer en was erg klein. De lift ook en had daardoor te weinig capaciteit .
