Pros:

Emplacement exceptionnel, personnel très sympathique et serviable. Hôtel climatisé !
Très bon petit-déjeuner.
Chambre sur cour silencieuse, un peu petite mais c'est Paris. Hôtel à recommander sans hésitation.

Great location for getting around, not so great for getting a good nights sleep.
Pros:

Hotel staff were very helpful and always greeted you in the morning and when you would come back during the day. Room was sufficient size for location in Paris. Good location close to many sites.

Cons:

Most nights between 2 am - 4 am there was a lot of noise outside the room from rowdy people outside the hotel. One of the rooms did not have air con that worked well so it was very hot in the bathroom.

Trop chouette , merci pour l’attention et l’accueil.
Pros:

L’accueil très attentif, une vraie présence d’accompagnement si besoin, la possibilité de bénéficier de l’hôtel une fois la chambre libérée ( garde de bagages et espaces d’attente confort +), le confort des couchages , le calme et la climatisation. Hôtel très bien situé au cœur de Paris et accès ligne 14.

Emplacement central et personnel au top
Pros:

L’emplacement central à la Madeleine et assez proche du métro. L’amabilité et la serviabilité du personnel. Le petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Un débit de douche approximatif avec de l’eau froide intercalée dans le jet d’eau chaude.

Perfect location, needs renovation and fixing hot/cold water issue
Pros:

Nice staff, very helpful and pleasant. Perfect location. The strength of this property is in yhe location.

Cons:

Hotel needs renovation, the main point being the old carpet.
Second inconvenience, which seems to be of a certain duratiion as per previous reviews, is the alternance between warm/hot water with 1 sec of very unpleasant cold water. And this obeys no obvious pattern. It has to be fixed.

Perfect for Paris
Pros:

Again a wonderful stay, it was my second stay here and I can only highly recommend this place. A wonderful und super nice team, spacious and comfortable rooms, great WIFI, a stunning interior design and the perfect location.

Cons:

The pricing could be a bit lower, but I get it :)

De passage à Paris pour un concert à l’Olympia,
À moins de 5mn à pieds, l’emplacement est idéal.
Le personnel est très agréable et professionnel.
Nous avons adoré le design de l’établissement et le calme qui a été surprenant en plein centre de Paris
