Me hicieron doble cobro de la habitación. A través de Booking.

Llegando al hotel, en recepción, la señorita no verificó ese tema. Me dijo que no se había hecho el cargo, a pesar que le pregunté y me volvió a cobrar.

Hicieron la cancelación de ese cobro unos minutos después. Peor aún no recibo mi reembolso.

Echan largas. Que según era inmediato, luego que tardaría unas horas, luego que hoy... Me sugirieron pelear en el banco.

Uno va a descansar, no a pelearse con los bancos. No ofrecen solución. El día de hoy la gerente ya no contestó mis mensajes.

El hotel es muy bonito, lo hace relajarse y estar tranquilo. El desayuno muy rico y bien presentado. Pero sobre todo la atención grata y profesional de todas y todos los empleados.
