Pool
It was nice place to stay. Parking was easy. The pool was awesome. Our room was spacious and clean! Very cozy.
Nothing. We had a great stay and will be back.
All the staff were very welcoming and the room was amazing.
There was nothing that i did not like about the property
There were complimentary waters already in the room, I asked for extra pillows and they were brought up by the staff.
The first room we were in was gross. There was hair on the sheets, the room smelled like weed and the furniture was old and worn. The second room wasn't better, there was hair in the sheets again, the office chair was dirty, the walls were dirty, the furniture was all old and worn. Considering that this is an expensive hotel and there is more class associated with the casino, the room was very disappointing. The rooms we saw did not match the quality that was shown in the pictures online. I have had a better experience at a Drury or Holiday Inn. When I spoke to Justin, I felt like an inconvenience. Since I had a walker and already walked all over switching rooms, I agreed to stay in the second room and the housekeeping staff changed the sheets. They were rude and spoke spanish the entire time to each other and were talking about us. After the housekeeper cleaned the wall, she ask if it was ok and if it was how I liked it. The customer service was bad, the room was bad. Their standards have lowered since I was last there 10 years ago and the quality was awful. Justin offered $70 off our room for the inconvenience but that didn't ease my mind when I was sleeping in a dirty room. Due to my surgeries, I have to be careful about infections and I feel like my expectations were not unattainable. I will be avoiding staying there again.
The room was nice. Nothing overly fancy but clean and nice. The pool and hot tub was very nice and was a nice way to start the day.
The only thing I can say I wasn’t happy with was the air conditioning in the room. Although the a/c was working the room never really cooled down but they might just be me. I like the room temperature cooler and it just felt like the room was warm all night.
This was a beautiful property! Casino was fun!
Pool was great
So many issues with payment and reservation. Still have no received my incidental back from our stay and it's almost been 30 days.
I love how close the resort is to the amphitheater. The staff are always friendly and the rooms are clean and comfortable, this time we had a little patio which was great!
The pillows are a lumpy and uncomfortable but I'll just have remember to bring my own next time.
Food options
The room seemed a bit run down, but not disgusting.
