Nice place to stay for a couple of nights
Pros:

Conveniente location, lots of slot machine choices, variety of restaurants, nice size rooms, friendly staff.

Cons:

Our room smelt bad. It was a smoking room so somewhat understandable but the cockroaches!

Cons:

Asked for joined rooms because i have big family and small children and they did not give it to us even though I called morning of to make sure we got them joined and checked 10 minutes before check in they said they were fully booked and could not change. They closed the pool that evening too which was a big disappointment to my kids

We like the location on our travels but would like it to be more updated.
Pros:

Food in restaurants was good and staff in eating facilities were awesome.

Cons:

Room was dated and bathtub when chipped and looked dirty. No selection of coffee for room all dark roast or tea. Furniture in room looked old. Hallway very noisy with loud children running and making loud noises. View of rooftop not appealing.

Disappointed
Cons:

Reserved for 2 queen beds and ended up with 2 full beds. Air conditioner did not cool the room there was no ventilation. Bathroom was always hot bo fan. I expected more for it being a casino.

Pros:

Friendly and kind staff at hotel check in/out. Exceptional service for valet services, very attentive to all are needs.

Cons:

Rooms were clean but could use some updates for the price. They need fans in bathroom for steamy showers. Other then that great stay!

Great place for concerts and staying overnight!
Pros:

Loved staying here when we were seeing a concert. So convenient! Staff is great and price is good. Hope to be back again.

Cons:

We were woken up and kept up at 7am by some obviously scheduled maintenance. It was ridiculously loud.we even have a recording. We couldn't enjoy ourselves at all and were overtired. When we said something, we were dismissed...and offered nothing...not even an apology.

Pros:

Nice place very friendly staff all around. Great mini vacay my children loved the pool and just walking around.

Cons:

Unfortunately my whole family got covid from their trip there. So maybe some extra sanitation is needed. Its a bummer or last day there we were all pretty miserable.
