Cons:

Loved our stay, for comfort, value and location !
Pros:

The welcome we received after a long drive, our room was ready early and front desk staff were friendly, informative and offered a great discount to the day spa which I took advantage of. Parking, eateries and the rooms were spacious, beds comfortable and bathroom products really nice too !

Cons:

May need to update some restaurant opening hours in their website

Cons:

As we were checking in a person came from the back and engaged with the front desk person who was checking us in. This was rude and not customer service and worst part i believe she was the mgr. she needs to be talked too for sure. Frankly had i not prepaid i would have left. Paying over $200 for a room and subjected to that behavior i dont need. We have stayed many times at isleta but there are other options. Hope this gets addressed.

Pros:

I love the lobby was clean and smelt clean.

Cons:

I didn't like the air in the room very hot and bathroom old worn down. Price a little high.

Pleasant stay.
Pros:

Manageable size, clean, friendly staff.

Cons:

We didn’t have reservation for the steakhouse. She would not seat us even though it was only half full. We did end up eating at the bar and it was delicious. I would have liked to have been able to bring food to the pool area, but no food allowed.
