The stay was great, the individual whomcheck is in was very nice and understanding

Cons:

We ate at the panda express, the lady who served us was pretty mean. My husband has a hearing loss and sometimes quiet doesn't understand. She literally gave us the mean look i felt uncomfortable but we still got our food. She never smiled at all. She made it look like it was a crime to be without a hearing.

Pros:

The staff wasn't too friendly lot of long faces but the time was great I guess it went under New Management a lot of new rules for the pool in the spire you but other than that it was nice

Pros:

Went to the Spa resort with a day pass amenity, and what a lovely surprise to find a large jetted hottub with various jets for different parts of the body massaging... stayed in for a good hour changing from one jet to another. Then, their steam room was even more awesome!!! To top off their amenities, the staff were all so kind and went so far as to access and deliver food while between amenities. I'll be going back more often. Looking forward to seeing each of you soon Ms. Tammy, Ms. Adena, and Ms. Alliyah, each of you made my daughter and I feel soooo special and I believe itz bc you all are soooo special as well. We were very happy with our stay at Isleta!
Pros:

We ate at the Ristra restaurant and the food was wonderful. We used the pool and it was very nice.

Cons:

We asked for connecting rooms and the girls at the front desk actually moved our rooms around trying to find them. They said they were connecting, but when we got to the rooms, they were next to each other but not connected.

Cons:

I called ahead a couple of times to confirm my reservation and no one had ever heard of me. No reservation on file. No room booked. I went and stayed somewhere else and then got charged for this. Fucking bullshit.
