The restaurants close early. The food court area only had one option open. You could not bring a drink from the bar onto the casino floor.

There are two concerns:
* the bathroom had no fan and typically there is in hotels/motels.
* Then main frustration was there was no microwave in the room, so you needed to go to the main floor lobby to warm up anything! To me this is an inconvenience, it would be better and beneficial to at least have one on each floor were the vending and ice area is.

Food was not the best. Did not try the steak house.

This was one of the most hostile and humiliating hotel experiences my girlfriend and I have ever had. We arrived expecting a normal stay and instead were repeatedly confronted, questioned, surrounded by security personnel, and made to feel like criminals.

It started the moment we arrived.

During valet, one of our luggage wheels was accidentally broken. The valet employee was polite about it and suggested that we submit a claim. We weren’t particularly upset—the luggage was worth around $100, accidents happen, and we simply wanted to follow their process.

Then security became involved.

A security guard immediately began asking my girlfriend for identification. She had just stepped out of the vehicle and didn’t have her ID on her because I was walking up behind her with our luggage, cards, and belongings. I questioned why both of us needed to provide identification over a simple damaged-luggage claim. This was my reservation and my trip, so I provided my ID.

That wasn’t enough.

The guard continued insisting on my girlfriend’s ID, turning what should have been a routine $100 luggage claim into an unnecessarily confrontational exchange. Eventually, we provided both IDs just to end the argument.

At one point, FOUR security guards were standing around discussing and questioning what to do about our damaged luggage while we stood in the entrance of the hotel. We actually had to interrupt their discussion to explain that this was a roughly $100 piece of luggage.

The entire interaction felt less like customer service and more like an investigation.

We were embarrassed, uncomfortable, and immediately felt unwelcome. We tried to brush it off, went upstairs, and attempted to enjoy our stay. The room itself was okay, although there was a noticeable lingering cigarette smell in our bathroom.

Unfortunately, the security experience became significantly worse later that night.

We went downstairs to the casino and played a slot machine for approximately 25 minutes.

Our room was clean but a bit run down.

The bed, wasn't comfortable

No free breakfast

There was trash blowing around at he entrance. The room looked clean but the next morning we found a used bandaid on the sheets! So seems like the sheets weren’t changed prior to us or it . We advised the front desk at check out and they weren’t too concerned.
