I had some issues with my reservation the first day. I had extended my stay and the update wasn’t transferred to the pro

Far drive to reach resort, but worth the drive even when staff fall short.

Breakfast wasn't included in our stay and if it was- the receptionist didn't tell us. It was nice having a ton of options to choose from, but breakfast wasn't included. The beds were okay.

Breakfast wasn't included in our stay and if it was- the receptionist didn't tell us. Actually the entire experience was some what disappointing. The receptionist, a man, was rude at the start and spoke minimal. When we asked a question his face said it all- as if he were disgusted with answering. Didn't guide us or ask us anything, other than a credit card for incidentals and gave us the card. He did't even say anything about wifi- we had to call down stairs to ask. Basic info was difficult to acquire.

1 night- room fine! Will never go back!
Cons:

Our plane from Manhattan arrived late.The only food available was from the Mexican fast food outlet. There was only 1 cook so getting the food was slow. However, the food was the worst meal my wife and I have had in 49 years.

There was no drinking in the casino or at the pool or any public areas. It was very strange; traveling with kids made it hard to get a drink. alot of weird rules.

They don't treat everyone the same.
Pros:

Casino and food.

Cons:

My room was not what I booked. Needed a 2 queen bed room gave me a King size bed with roll away beds. Host who checked in was rude and made a comment not to used third party apps as it doesn't guarantee your booking in there hotel. Suggest to used there website and pay a little more and will get what we book next time.
