Location, room, breakfast, help were great. $55 for parking was not planned.

Cons:

I did not understand I had to pay for parking at $55 for one night. I was told parking was beside the hotel and it was. I spoke to several of the staff but they said parking is separate from the hotel. But I did not understand it to cost $55. No one could help me because they kept saying it was separate from the hotel. If possible we would like to receive all or part of the parking cost back.
