Do your research.
Pros:

Unfortunately our stay wasn’t as expected. We chose this hotel based on reviews and highly regretted it. Our room was awful. The main door looked as though it had been kicked in from the bottom. Maintenance informed us that they knew, but the door is on backorder. The bathroom door was broken, And when I say broken, I mean, it was literally falling apart. The tub did not drain the first night so we had to call maintenance the next day who fixed it. We also informed them that the toilet would not flush, however for whatever reason could not fix that. The AC made noise all night.
We requested full housekeeping however, only the beds were made. The bathroom was never cleaned.
Overall, we were extremely disappointed with our stay.

Clean hotel and friendly staff
Pros:

This hotel had a courteous staff and clean rooms. The breakfast buffet had all you could ask for. Eggs,bacon, potatoes ,pancakes, cereals, fruit and yogurt, juice, milk, coffee. A couple of negatives: the room furniture was uncomfortable, but the bed was good , I would rather not use a valet service, even though they were efficient.

The location.

Cons:

This was a big weekend for the city! A major concert that sold out for 2 nights. All hotels were also sold out months ago. This hotel had one elevator working for THIS MANY PEOPLE. It was absurd, caused delay, and uncomfortability. I didn't want to leave my room for all the extended wait times at the hotel.

Please be prepared for major events

Location and bat

Cons:

Arrived at 415 pm to check in, I was told it was going to be 20 min wait because the room will still be cleaned. At 630 pm I had to follow up with front desk to be told the room still was not ready. I told her unacceptable and then she checked and a room was available. This delay caused our delay to the event we were attending and when asked about what was being don’t to rectify this situation the assistant mgr did nothing. Also our pillow cases were dirty

Old and dated!
Pros:

I paid extra to have a suite and it not worth the extra money. This place is old and dated. The shower had the shower head coming out of the long side of the shower wall. So bizarre. The staff was eh. Nothing above and beyond although the valet employees were super nice and helpful. I'd give them a 10. Definitely not worth the money and I won't be back or recommend.

The online pics are nice but they're false representation
Pros:

Convenient location for shows, attractions, arenas. The room had a mini fridge, but it wasn't cold enough.

Cons:

Breakfast was standard continental breakfast, but the person who made the grits really needs help. Looked like they poured grits in a pot, added hot water & that's it.
