Cons:

For being a Hyatt, was the dirtiest I have ever stayed at.
I literally stayed there to watch the superbowl and they didnt have NBC where where the game was

Pros:

The convinced it's close to everything you need the food was great with a great price very friendly staff and very attentive over all I was satisfied with the service.

Cons:

Wasn't sure what my bill was and parking it a bit expensive.

It was okay.
Pros:

I liked the location of the hotel and the staff.

Cons:

I didn’t like that our first room heat didn’t work. We had to be moved and it took forever for our heat to warm up the room in our 2nd room.

Fun stay
Pros:

The location and the cleanliness and comfort of the room

Cons:

The parking fee. Online it said $30 well when we arrive we realized that it was a concert so they wanted to charge us $55. I understand that this is not the hotel from what I was told but the parking deck which is not right just because I’m there does not mean I was there for a concert and I shouldn’t have to pay an extra $25 just to park

Pros:

The location was great!

Cons:

Breakfast was a little cold and over cooked. But we did come down at 9:15am, 45 minutes before it was over, so we understood no one was responsible for it.
