I had a wonderful experience staying at Hyatt House Charlotte/Center City. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of uptown Charlotte with easy access to restaurants, entertainment, and major attractions. It made getting around incredibly convenient.
The hotel itself was clean, modern, and well-maintained. My room was spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, with everything needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was especially comfortable, and the overall atmosphere felt both welcoming and upscale.
What stood out the most was the exceptional customer service. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything I needed. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and efficient.
I also appreciated the added amenities, including the complimentary breakfast and common areas, which were clean and inviting. It’s clear the hotel prioritizes both comfort and guest satisfaction.
Overall, I highly recommend Hyatt House Charlotte/Center City to anyone visiting the area. I would absolutely stay here again.

We would never book there again! Over $500 with parking .. the value was not there at all!
Cons:

Cool shower not hot!
Room was on the 8th floor and a large party was happening right below us and the volume was ridiculously loud. After calling the front desk, there was nothing they could do. We were told that the music should stop at 11:30.
Somebody pulled fire alarm while we were out so we could not pull our vehicle into the lot while the fire trucks were on site. 40 min later we were able to pull in.
We had to take the stairs because the elevators where down. Even though it says no smoking in the stairwell , that was not a policy being followed and smelled current !
Couldn’t get a receipt while leaving because a kitchen staffer and a maintenance guy were covering the front desk because the person who was supposed to be there up and left. ( that explanation. came from the staff)

Pros:

Great experience ! Very welcoming and clean environment! The bar was full of vibes , great atmosphere and drink were 100/10 the bartender deserve a raise

Pros:

I love love this place. Everything was nice. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was great. The room and bed was so nice and comfortable. Will definitely stay here again.

Very happy with my stay at the Hyatt hotel, great location and good value for money.
Pros:

Location good, breakfast ok

Cons:

No notification to customers in advance of up front payments of $525.00 for ten nights stay,
Please to say payment has been fully refunded to my account and very promptly after checking out.
Just ment I less money to spend in Charlotte city during my stay.

Was a nice place, but for the way the walls were crumbling in some areas, lower prices!.
Pros:

The location was excellent! The staff were super friendly. Vallet parking

The cleaning standard needs to be set higher. Also some work done on walls, baseboards etc.
