Super close the concert venue. Close to food and easy to find.
Absolutely nothing. The best place I’ve stayed in months.
Friendly staff, comfortable bed
Construction in the lobby. It's not a problem but I didn't know about it ahead of time
I liked the omelettes - very tasty
I liked the healthy options: Chobani yogurt and oatmeal and nuts.
I didn’t use fitness room but I used the pool. It was very clean and water was a refreshing temperature.
All staff were unbelievably friendly and accommodating. We felt very comfortable with staff and amenities.
Parking was convenient and we never had to wait more than 10 seconds for the elevator.
I can’t think of anything at the moment.
Breakfast was fine.
The staff was curt and inflexible with our booking.
Breakfast options were standard & acceptable. The newly remodeled 5th floor room was very nice & comfortable.
The hotel was under construction & we were unaware until we arrived. However, we were not bothered by any construction crew, so it worked out fine. First floor carpet leaves a lot to be desired at this location. I hope it will be replaced when the other rooms are complete.
Bed was ok
Overpriced for what was offered. The breakfast was poor. Old, dirty and damaged rugs in the lobby. The elevator was dirty, the bathroom in the room looked so old and dirty.
For the priced that was paid, could have stayed in actual downtown in a better hotel.
Good breakfast
Rips in room carpet
Nice, cool and calm place to stay.
The breakfast for both days were not to my liking.
All the staff we encountered were great! From the front desk, housekeeping, and facility workers (unsure of their proper title) were all very personable and accommodating.
The hotel was under a remodel of the hotel lobby so many of the amenities were closed such as the pool and the exercise room, which we were looking forward to using.
They had a lot of remodeling going on so it was dirt and workers everywhere
Room was clean and hospitality was a,7
Fire alarm went off and even it being false no proto calls were put into effort..
We were on the 5th flòor with no communication of what was going on.
We could have been trapped
Location
Didn't know the location was under construction. Crew was even working on Saturday morning.
breakfast was adequate
Renovations were extensive in th lobby area. lots of dust
We chose this hotel for the location. About 5 minutes from the Cincinnati Zoo. Around 10 minutes to the Findlay Market. And probably 15 to 20 to downtown. All the staff were friendly and welcoming. Hotel is undergoing renovations, we did see the remodel in progress. But we did not experience any noises, just smells of construction. No parking issues. Felt like a pretty safe and quiet area. If we are in the area again, we would stay here again.
