breakfast was fine, room was decent, staff were all very friendly and pleasant.
Very convenient. The property was clean. Room was nice.
Locals using the parking lot as a hangout area on Friday night.
Employees were all friendly and helpful
Wasn't allowed to check in a few minutes early, but wasn't a real problem
The room was spacious and clean.
The staff was indifferent. It seemed we were an inconvenience even though we called and said we would be a late check-in. The parking lot required parking pass and had security, but 13 cars had their windows broken out the night before our checkout. No one notified the guests, they just had to find out when they walked out to their car. The beds were uncomfortable and the pillows flattened to nothing.
Everyone was super friendly and my room was so comfortable.
The room was fine.
Broken elevator in parking lot. Had to drag luggage down four flights of stairs then walk around the block to get to the lobby. We're in our seventies. We were told by several people that the elevator has been broken for a long time. Had the same issue when we left and came back. The lobby area is a mess and the staff wasn't helpful. Homewood Suite signs made us think we needed to go to another section.
Good
Everything was good, oatmeal, eggs, sausage
Clean and easy to get too!
No one came up to change out our sheets or change out our trash.
Nice and clean!!
Heard the folks above me till the middle of the night.
Friendly staff. Close to our venue.
Ran out of coffee on a busy Sunday morning. It was refilled when we went back down.
Night before the elevator has about 1/2 of water on the floor. Not sure where it came from but was gone the next morning.
