Antigénico en la ropa de cama por manchas desagradables corporales de huéspedes anteriores.

La limpieza deja mucho que desear, cuando llegamos para dejar las cosas y visitar la ciudad me recosté ligeramente en una de las camas y las almohadas olían a sudor de cabeza de días o semanas, y mi esposa me comentó que en donde me había recostado sobre el edredón había una mancha que después descubrimos era una mancha de líquido seminal, fui a quejarme y le mostré a uno de los empleados del hotel la Mancha en el edredón y me comentó que me cambiaría de habitación.

Esto es muy delicado ya que el tener contacto con algo como una mancha de semen en la colcha es antihigiénico y de mucho riesgo y considero que cada nuevo huésped debería de contar con ropa de cama totalmente limpia y las habitaciones deberían de ser completamente sanitizadas después de que cada huésped entrega la habitación y va a ser recibida por un huésped nuevo.

Definitivamente jamás será opción este hotel por esta experiencia desagradable 🫩

Buena Relación costo-beneficio. Areas de oportunidad en el cuarto.
Pros:

Desayuno muy completo y rico, incluído en el precio de la habitación. Muy buena relación costo-beneficio. Areas sociales, restaurante, alberca, salas de juntas muy bien.

Cons:

El cuarto olía a encerrado. Una de las camas no tenía sábana de cajón, tenía sábana plana por lo que se safaba. La toalla de manos muy vieja y deshilachada. Eramos 4 personas y solo dejaron 2 toallas, bajamos a pedirl más a la recepción y no tenían, dijeron que las llevarían y nunca llegaron.

The room was spacious enough and had plenty of space to work comfortably. The towels were clean.

Cons:

I was placed on a floor where there was a group of very noisy young people who were screaming and running through the corridors for most of the evening and night. As a business traveler, which was clearly stated in my booking reservation, I was hoping for a quieter environment.

The toilet flush was not working properly, and the shower cabin was in poor condition. The sink faucet pressure was extremely strong, so every time I turned on the water, it splashed everywhere. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi was also not working during my stay.
