A comfortable hotel with a decent location

Cons:

I originally reserved one night and decided to stay another night. The hotel required that I pay an additional $250 deposit in addition to the $250 that I played the previous day. When I pointed out that I had already given a deposit and hadn’t received it back I was told that those are their “procedures”.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel very much. All members of the staff are very, very helpful and nice.
Pros:

The room was quite comfortable.however, the heating system failed. I was changed room after four intents to find a room with the heating system working.

Breakfast was more than I needed. The service was quite efficient.

Cons:

The heating system failed. I had to sleep wearing my winter coat. The recepcionist and the guard were the only human beings at the hotel and did not know how to fix it. The following day, I was moved to another room. However, the receptionist and I had to visit four rooms before we were able to find a room with the heating system working.

Cleaning was fine but they failed to do the bed and cleaning (change towels) the following day I arrived at the hotel. I spoke to the cleaning lady and thereafter, cleaning was perfect.

The morning breakfast was a pleasant surprise and the location was great for my stay. And, the staff was wonderful.

Séjour confortable, personnel adorable et petit déjeuner super
Pros:

Nous sommes ravies de notre séjour à Fairfield Inn & Suites New York Brooklyn. Le personnel a été vraiment adorable et arrangeant. L'hôtel est situé à 10min à pieds de plusieurs stations de métro, il est donc bien situé. Le petit dej est super, la literie est très confortable, nous n'avons rien à redire !

Cons:

Initialement la chambre qui nous a été attribuée se situait au rez de chaussé et donnait sur le parking, où se trouvait des travaux... C'est pourquoi nous avons demandé s'il était possible de changer, ce que le personnel a accepté tout de suite ! Et nous nous sommes retrouvées dans une chambre avec une vue beaucoup plus sympa.
