Cons:

just that in the room I was in had no remote for the TV, and the heat kept turning off alao the coffe machine was not working. I went.to stay at your Hotel because we had a power outage in my neighborhood.

A comfortable hotel with a decent location

Cons:

I originally reserved one night and decided to stay another night. The hotel required that I pay an additional $250 deposit in addition to the $250 that I played the previous day. When I pointed out that I had already given a deposit and hadn’t received it back I was told that those are their “procedures”.

Our stay was wonderful
Pros:

Food was good and nice variety. Front desk staff was very pleasant and informative d native. Liked on lot parking.

Pros:

The morning breakfast was a pleasant surprise and the location was great for my stay. And, the staff was wonderful.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel very much. All members of the staff are very, very helpful and nice.
Pros:

The room was quite comfortable.however, the heating system failed. I was changed room after four intents to find a room with the heating system working.

Breakfast was more than I needed. The service was quite efficient.

Cons:

The heating system failed. I had to sleep wearing my winter coat. The recepcionist and the guard were the only human beings at the hotel and did not know how to fix it. The following day, I was moved to another room. However, the receptionist and I had to visit four rooms before we were able to find a room with the heating system working.

Cleaning was fine but they failed to do the bed and cleaning (change towels) the following day I arrived at the hotel. I spoke to the cleaning lady and thereafter, cleaning was perfect.
