Pros:

Cons:

We asked to have another room because we were put in a room that was like being in the basement.they said they were all booked.the food was cold and terrible.and the lobby was hot felt like they didn’t have the air running.thinking about using another hotel the next time we’re in New York . Overall the quality of the hotel has gone down a lot!!

Bad experience lied about a coma dating 5 people. Won't give me a refund
Pros:

They accepted a resrvatuon for 5 people but when we got to the hotel there was only 2 queen beds available. No sofa bed or cot. Now they wibt even refubd my money. Even though they didnt offer accommodations we coukd even use

Cons:

Everything. Lied about having accommodation for 5 people. Receptionist was rude and unconcerned about being unable to provide even a cot. And now they won't refund my money even though I had to find and pay for another hotel for the 2 days.

Worst Front Desk Experience
Pros:

We traveled 6+ hours by car and train and 8 blocks with heavy bags. When we walked in, no one said hello or asked how we are doing. Right before we walked in we checked the reservation on the phone and everything was there. The lady told us that they canceled our stay because it was a "no show" even though we got there the day we said we would, then continues to blame it on us. They had no idea what they were doing and seemed like they had no clue about what they were doing. Finally after 10 minutes of waiting and trying to figure out what happened they fixed their system and gave us room keys. No explanation on what happened and not even an apology. Would've gave only 1 star but the bed was comfortable.

Overall, it’s a clean, convenient, and good-value hotel.
Pros:

Great hotel for the price. The breakfasts were solid, and the location was really convenient — just a 10-minute walk from several New York subway lines. If you’re in New York for a couple of days, I’d definitely recommend it. It’s a good value and makes it easy to get pretty much anywhere in Manhattan in about 35 minutes.

Excellent experience at the Functional Fairfield
Pros:

My husband and I stayed at the Immaculate FF Inn the 5 days of the NBA and FIFA games. Ever guest and staff was in a good mood. Diego at the front desk was especially kind and helpful. Shower water was hot and shower was roomy. This is a functional hotel, modern and practical. Breakfast had several acceptable choices, both hot and cold and staff kept it clean and filled. They worked to honor people’s requests. Bed was comfortable and linens were nice. There is a rooftop outdoor deck with a nice view.
After we came home, I thought I had left something in our upper floor room. Jessica at the front desk when I called to check was terrific! She checked Both the room and the Lost & Found in the most kind way and I am grateful to her. Ellen S.
