Spark by Hilton Hammond

My aunt booked our hotel for our wedding night days before. We had the confirmation email and everything, but when it came to our wedding night it was a nightmare. We went to check in and were told our reservation was cancelled due to them being booked. We had to then hurry and try to find somehwere to go on our wedding night!

We were extremely disappointed.

Well we had reservations, for a King, because our room was still occupied by previous nights guest. We arrived AFTER 3PM. In turn they gave us a double bed. Afternoon staff wasnt helpful and pretty rude.
Wasnt NEW as advertised. Bathroom was pretty rough but bed was comfy.

Room was quiet and clean.

The staff was genuinely friendly

Clean hotel in General, Bath drained slow and the toilet seat was so loose it was dangerous. I don’t understand how a maid could clean this room and not report these to maintenance, and shut the room down, definitely a management issue at this hotel.

Everything was great

Enjoyed it all! The free breakfast was not much, but it was free.

Nice overall

Hotel was very clean and room was also very clean. The carpet was a little moist under the ac unit in room. Breakfast is very simple but worked great for my son. Staff was friendly and helpful. Overall it was a good stay. I would stay here again.

Very nice hotel and staff

The only issue with this particular location is that it sits off the main road and the sign to it is very small. We passed it twice not seeing it. Once found, it was good. The breakfast bar is only continental.

Shower wasn’t clean. There was hair in it

I was sold on the walk in, wheelchair access shower and pool availability however after checking in i realised the pool was completely empty of water. The pool was wanted for exercise and relaxing since being in a vehicle travelling for over a day and getting out of my wheelchair. NO POOL THO. VERY DISAPPOINTED

This hotel is clean, it has no bed bugs, the pool is clean and nice, the staff is wonderful and goes above and beyond to make sure that you are comfortable. Would stay again.

Very clean and newly renovated!

Breakfast was terrible both times one time no cereal, no doughnuts, orange juice 1 time watery, bagels almost stale, no fruit. Looked like a rush job on the remodel bathroom door would not close, handheld sprayer leaked, shower floor dam didn’t work well shower curtain dripped on other side of dam a lot of water on floor, had to ask for ice bucket no cups in room, pool bottom peeling paint, paint tape still in closet. we stayed twice got the same room both times.1 time offered free bottle of water 1 time not. it was a place to sleep but not much else. Staff pleasant enough.

All ready did

The walls were paper thin and got to listen to a conversation till 4:30 in the morning. Not much for the free breakfast. Obviously this is the lowest budget Hilton property and amenities reflected it.

I had a horrible experience here. First it took over 45 minutes to check in. Then to find out the room I reserved was given away. The elevators were not functioning with no urgency to fix them. They couldn’t accommodate extra bedding or pillows for the pullout bed for my son. All in all will not book here again.

It was very nice but elevator wasn’t working. Other then that very nice
