Arrived around 1130 pm and wondered if hotel was open. It was dark on exterior. I got out to check if it was the correct place and the front desk person came to greet me. Apparently the electricity to certain parts of hotel is turned off at night! Not very welcoming!
Front desk person very friendly once I was inside!
Room had been upgraded and was high up so I didn’t hear much traffic. I am a very light sleeper, but since I had been traveling for 30+ hours from the east coast without much sleep in the plane, I was very happy to be able to sleep until 0900 the next day!
Front desk folks continue to impress with suggestions and directions to nearby monuments and cafes.

ジュニアスイートを予約したのに、最初に案内された部屋はスタンダードだった。ジュニアスイートを予約したはずと伝えたら、予約情報はオートマティックに共有されるはずなので、そんな事はないと思うのですが、expediaからの情報が間違っていたから間違えたとの事でした。
そして、そのジュニアスイートの部屋ですが、シャワーを使うと思いっきり、管からお湯が漏れて噴射され、備え付けのドライヤー直撃。案の定ドライヤーは壊れていました。それと、ソファのファブリックの素材がチクチクして、長くは座って要られませんでした。

I accidentally showed up initially at the Old Quarter location, and the concierge was very nice and helpful and got me to the correct location! It was a very nice and a great value.
when i check in , they don't talk the room without window, i want to change it and was not allowed. i am so angry.
Overall hotel is a perfect choice for your hanoi visit. Staff sets an example for others to follow. Breakfast has good choices and dining area is bright..clean..and comfortable. Overall two thumbs up.
Good place. Friendly staff. Clean comfortable room. Good roof top bar. 10 mins walk to old quarter and main lake. Only negative was street traffic noise , could be double glazed.
Staff are consistently helpful and cheerfull. A map is provided on checkin that is clear and helpful.
Location is perfect for exploration of Central Hanoi .. walking distance to Old town Hoan Kiem Lake and other places of interest.
Room is spacious, as is the bathrom. Bed is comfortable with nice linen, both in bedroom and bathroom. WiFi is strong and consistent .. would prefer a secured network. Breakfast provides a variety of both Western and Vietnamese choices.

Staff were not helpful when we wanted to stay longer asked us to wait for manager to7:00 PM to find out if we could stay. This was at check in 2:00 PM The staff were more in different than any other place we stayed.

Everything was great...only stayed 12 hours at the hotel. A few small bugs in the bathroom. Breakfast was great and the staff was very nice. Would stay here again.
Good breakfast. Excellent location within walking distance of many sights. Many good restaurants nearby. Offers good insight to how the Vietnamese people live.
This hotel location is about 15 mins away from old quarters where all the shopping are..away from the noisy old quarters shopping where you be rest assured of a peaceful sleep in the night since you not be hearing all the motorcycle's honking sound..
Surrounding this hotel they do have the alleys where you see local streets hawkers selling live poultry and local delicacies and fruits.
In the night you will be able to eat their streets hawker food like the hot pot (lua) and their famous pho bo.. However one hurdle is the language barrier as mostly they do not and cannot speak even few sentences of english.. We have to seek the hotel staffs to help us speak to them when we wanna eat..
Overall hotel is clean, staff are ok and recommended to stay..
