Holiday Inn hotel insite
Pros:

The amenities and all of the various snacks and drinks available for purchase at the hotel itself. Also, the hotel location is in a great spot especially with restaurants located in the same vacinity.

Cons:

When I called the hotel to inquire with a check-in inquiry, I was met with a rude, unprofessional customer service representative.

It barely worked for my short stay
Cons:

Room needs to be updated, musty smell, A/C unit didn't keep the cool enough, shower sliding class door was stucked, carpet is due a change out.

It was overall very pleasant and peaceful wonderful staff.
Pros:

The breakfast was decent 👌 alot of quick things to eat alot of variety. I was allowed to take as much water and chocolate milk as I wanted and the lady that manged breakfast was a beautiful soul. I wish I had gotton her name. And the front desk staff were also up to par. One of the woman asked how I was because she noticed I looked stressed made me feel so much better. Thank you ladies for being sweet and nice it felt genuine. Not alot of that these days.

Everyone there was very knowledgeable, very nice, & helpful but the surroundings/furniture, dated

We stayed because my son retired from the Marines after 23 years. So the location was good.
Pros:

Location..
The bed was awesome. We slept very good. Thank God. We wetter exhausted from driving 11 hours.

Cons:

It needs updating. Our bathroom smelt like bad fish. Not sure why? I bought some lysol spray. The gentleman that checked us in was nice but the cigarette smell was HORRIBLE. The couple behind us made a comment about it.
