the staff were so accommodating and friendly. the room was clean and temp was comfortable when I arrived also.

The elevator was out of order: BUT the staff didn't hesitate to communicate this and offered other accommodations along with help with my bags

Very nice, housekeepers were amazing.

Property was very tidy, and convince store in the main lobby was nice.

Cons:

I did not like the price for my stay, varied from $90-$130 each night. Prices should be consistent for each night for one booking.

Enjoyable stay even with no elevator.
Pros:

Location, very clean, very helpful staff

Cons:

Elevator was in repair so we had to walk the our room on the fourth floor - 60 steps. We did receive help with our luggage.

Clean and comfortable but not for those who dislike dogs or have allergies.

The room was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

At one point, there were 4 dogs, not all leashed, in the lobby in the evening. One dog was particularly reactive and its owner kept trying to gain control of it. Also, my
Shower door kept sliding open while I was showering. It wouldn't remain closed properly.

I was a little stress because of being double charged but the stay was very good

The room was xtra clean and spacey

Cons:

Was double charged . I had booked with booking.com and paid in full . Tried to explain to staff and manger even showing them confirmation and bank were it was taking out , but they wouldn’t listen . Had to get booking.com to call them . 50.00 and 246.00 was put on hold for 4 days to wait for my refund which should have never happened. I gave them all my information and they just wouldn’t listen . That’ was an inconvenience for me . The confirmation from booking . Com with the hotel name on it should have been enough
