Disappointed, Ive stayed many times and with a nonresponse from complaint I wont return
Cons:

All three elevators were non operational, the comforter was soiled and a clean one was not provided as requested. Our room key gave access to numerous rooms, making us not sure if that was the case with all guests keys and someone could enter our room.

Pros:

like the fact that you guys had a place to set with family and talk with out setting in the room

Wouldn’t book again, too expensive for no elevator and poor service
Pros:

Location was very convenient to all of the places we planned to visit! Rooms were very clean and tidy

Cons:

Elevators didn’t work at all, front or service one. Had to take the stairs majority of our visit! Receptionists weren’t friendly, just wanted us in and out. One receptionist was even on her phone playing a loud video while talking to us during check in. Only one way in and one way out! Side doors only used to exit, can’t even use our keys to open any doors for the outside. Would rather stay somewhere else cheaper with better quality like a holiday inn!

Good stay
Pros:

Clean room, nice staff, the room got cleaning everyday, quiet. The location is very good.

Cons:

The main elevator was not working on the first day we were there. However it was fixed and worked the next day
