The main elevator was never fixed when we were there; we walked through the back to use the employee elevator which located in a not so visitor friendly part of the hotel. My toilet was clogged and was not fix till the next day.
Elevator was on of order, toilet clogged, etc.
Food was delicious. Room and AC were pleasant and clean. Beds were comfortable. Staff was very friendly. Nice and easy to use TV.
Elevators were broken and had to use service elevator. Room smelled musty. No refrigerator.

No free breakfast and had to put a deposit down when it wasn’t explained while booking.
Even though I am a Hilton Honors member, they put us in a 2nd floor unit facing the highway with the incumbunt noise. The hotel has 5 floors and most units were empty. The bed was sagging. They help $40 as an insurance in case of damages o the room. This has never happened to me.

water leaks at the entrance of the lobby, buckets and towels on the floor
room window leaked and water collecting on the window seal after couple of hours of rain
Also sliding barn doors for the in room bathrooms with smell of the bathroom reaching the room plus not a fan of bathroom doors without a door lock
