Very dissatisfied with this stay.

Cons:

To begin with , the elevator was out of service , so we had to go with our luggage through the restaurant while people were eating to take the service elevator to my room .
The AC was extremely noisy and the humidity inside the room was unbearable.

Pros:

Loved how fresh and clean the lobby was at all times.

Cons:

Didn't like that we had to take the service elevator then the stairs after the service elevator stopped working.

During check in they ran out of the famous Doubletree cookie they prove at check in.

This will always be our first choice when staying in the area. This is our third year staying here. The staff were nice
Pros:

Quiet, Clean and we felt right at home.

Cons:

Everything was amazing. The only thing I would recommend is smart TVs so that the streaming apps are available for guests.
