Este hotel está muito bem localizado , bem perto das principais avenidas , monumentos , museus e parques . Os quartos são espaçosos , café da manhã perfeito . A equipe em todos os níveis é extremamente gentil e atenciosa e pronta para atender não só com reservas e indicações mas tbem em situações difíceis como vou relatar abaixo . Meus parabéns para toda equipe !

In Madrid city center, this hotel is the one. Fantastic staff, great hotel, great breakfast

We have traveled extensively, and the stay at this property was absolutely exceptional. The first thing that stands out is the staff. Every single person we encountered was so nice, so cheerful, so professional and helpful. And it is clear that the person in charge of hiring is doing a great job. Because people are clearly selected because they want to work in hospitality. They clearly love it. The property itself is located in the Madrid city center. So everything is very walkable. That being said, we did rent a car because we had other places to go. And the process valeting and retrieving the car was very seamless. The property is very nice. Very clean. Very well cared for. Breakfast was absolutely wonderful. There is a very nice buffet and cooked to order selection as well. Special recognition for Jairo, who was so kind and professional and gave us great suggestions to visit the palace at Aranjuez and also eat at Casa Jose. Highly recommend both. Also special recognition for Yosi who brings the warmest sweetest smile to her job every day. Honestly, everyone was fantastic. You cannot go wrong staying here. Highly recommended.
