An excellent place to stay
Pros:

Great location for collecting and dropping off students with free parking. The rooms were clean and comfortable to a high standard with all the necessary facilities. Breakfast was extra but well worth it.

Cons:

The exterior may be off putting but a hidden gem inside

Good hotel and location.
Pros:

We stay here a lot and always feel welcome. It is clean and the bedrooms are basic but comfortable. For us it is the perfect location.

Cons:

I will carry on saying this every time we stay but the lack of draws is annoying and we leave most of our stuff in our suitcases, not ideal.

Fantastic,clean rooms,attentive staff always with a smile and amazing breakfast in the city what more could you want
Pros:

It was clean and bright and we had a fantastic view of Arthur’s seat it,the staff are really lovely and energised and always happy to help,the breakfast is absolutely lovely and have so many different options to choose from even a pancake machine!

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like it was fantastic

Pros:

Great location for us meeting our daughter in Edinburgh Uni halls. Room was spacious very clean, excellent shower and toiletries. Super comfy bed, brilliant view of Arthur’s seat, just about managed to get a parking space.

Cons:

Unfortunately they were really let down by their breakfast service. This was very oversubscribed and I would suggest that they turn the extra waiting/sitting room. Several people had to wait a bit of time to be seated at breakfast which isn’t really acceptable, the female front of house member of staff was very unpleasant and had a very bad attitude. The quality of the breakfast also wasn’t great. The buffet was decent but the menu and items off the menu made to order were very poor and completely saturated in oil/grease, which was of great disappointment to us. Other hotel staff were great.

Lovely modern hotel, great location and excellent staff.
Pros:

Great location, modern and well appointed and spacious rooms. Excellent attentive and friendly staff, good food with quality ingredients. Very pet friendly with pooch pack in room on arrival.
