There is currently construction taking place in close proximity to Peppers Broadbeach. A large crane has been erected as part the luxe development at Two Charles Avenue Broadbeach. This crane is positioned ocean side of Peppers Broadbeach Tower 1, visible from most Tower 1 Ocean View Apartments. While we strive to ensure minimal disruption to your stay, we believe in transparency and want to keep you informed. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation during this time.

Please note that your payments will be processed by the Mantra Group/SAMARAD; this will appear on your bank statement as Peppers, Mantra, BFree Surfers Paradise.

Please note that this property requires a refundable credit card pre-authorization upon check in to cover any incidental charges. This amount will be refunded after inspection of the accommodations. Hugely disappointed, not worth the money, definitely not Peppers quality.
Pros:

View was lovely, overlooking the city and excellent (albeit noisy) location in Broadbeach. The Room itself was good in terms of size only.

Cons:

The owner had locked cupboards that were inaccessible, it smelt strongly of urine (which we complained about but nothing happened) and was not clean at all. It was actually unsanitary and we found it difficult to associate the room with the Peppers brand. We were very unhappy and really wish the "hotel" would have changed our room to one that was clean. Additionally, the lack of housekeeping, room service, facilities and general vibe was really disappointing and we will not stay with Peppers Broadbeach again. It needs to be made clear to people booking these rooms that they are NOT hotel rooms, they are air bnb at best.

Cons:

The carpets were stained, and it was not obvious for one to order room service. Not what I was expecting when booking a room at a hotel. It could have been any air bnb.

Pros:

Location, bed was comfortable, view was great. Pool area was good.

Cons:

Apartment was quite dated, carpets needed cleaning or replacement. The shower ran hot and then cold so would be dangerous for children. Could have had some basic supplies in kitchen.

Excellent location and great accommodation
Pros:

The water view rooms we got was a double bedroom and it was excellent. Great view, well laid out, spacious and clean.

Cons:

Parking was awkward as you had to drive around to find spots marked in red to park in them, and the parking is for four buildings so it is easy to get lost.
