There is currently construction taking place in close proximity to Peppers Broadbeach. A large crane has been erected as part the luxe development at Two Charles Avenue Broadbeach. This crane is positioned ocean side of Peppers Broadbeach Tower 1, visible from most Tower 1 Ocean View Apartments. While we strive to ensure minimal disruption to your stay, we believe in transparency and want to keep you informed. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation during this time.

Please note that your payments will be processed by the Mantra Group/SAMARAD; this will appear on your bank statement as Peppers, Mantra, BFree Surfers Paradise.

Please note that this property requires a refundable credit card pre-authorization upon check in to cover any incidental charges. This amount will be refunded after inspection of the accommodations. Pros:

Dining furniture in first apartment was old and worn out - worst I’ve ever seen in any property. TV needed replacing way too small for space and volume didn’t work! Overall property good but looking a bit tired.

Paid for 5 people only 3 beds, sofa not made up, asked for pool towels, was told they’d be delivered to our room, never arrived. Charged my credit card twice for parking, still waiting on refund

Would recommend to all family and friends and will look to go back.
Pros:

We really like the location of the property. We had a 1 bedroom 1 bath but it was still a good sized apartment. The best about it was the Pool. It was Amazing for our young kids. Have been to Gold Coast many times and this pool is the best one yet. Would definitely recommend and will be looking at going back.

Pros:

Everything was within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants. Check-in was quick and straightforward, and the room was well presented when I arrived. All the extras like pool, gym, and sauna were spotless. I'd definitely stay here again next time.

Cons:

The washing machine had my clothes in a never-ending cycle. Got there at the end though.
