Sehr gutes Hotel zu fairen Preisen
Pros:

Freundliches Personal. Tolles Frühstücksbuffet. Die Möglichkeit einer kostenlosen Gepäckaufbewahrung. Flexibilität auf Änderungswünsche der Kunden.

Cons:

Das Rezeption-Personal war freundlich. Jedoch gab es eine Mitarbeiterinnen, die ziemlich grimmig und kurz angebunden war, hat kaum gelächelt. Man bekam das Gefühl unerwünscht zu sein oder sogar zu stören.
Der Rest des Personals vor allem die männlichen Rezeptionisten waren überdurchschnittlich freundlich und hilfsbereit!

Gutes Cityhotel mit prima Anbindung
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr günstig für den Besuch des Theaters des Westens, fußläufig! Auch sonst gute Anbindung. Personal sehr freundlich. Zimmer gute Grösse, sauber und ansprechend eingerichtet. Sehr angenehme Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Zimmer zum Innenhof sehr ruhig. Frühstück war reichhaltig und ausreichend, Obst, Waffeln, Rührei und einiges an warmen Snacks - z. B. Currywurst! Guter Service.

Cons:

Das Bett war nur 1,60 breit.
Das Waschbecken ist sehr unkomfortabel, zu niedrig, und zu breit, daher ist der Wasserhahn zu kurz, schwer erreichbar. Nicht angenehm.

Tolle Lage, nettes und hilfsbereites Personal, grosses, helles Zimmer und üppiges Frühstück
Pros:

Tolle Lage, schoenes Zimmer, freundliches Personal, gutes Frühstück. Besonderer Dank an die hilfsbereite Sandra von der Rezeption.

Cons:

Kein Safe, kein Kuehlschrank, kein richtiger Schrank, nur Buegel zum Aufhängen der Maentel und Hemden. Ab 6 Uhr hörte man die S-Bahn.

Localização.
Espaço do quarto e IS.

Cons:

Apesar de ter uma boa area de quarto, não havia gavetas ou prateleiras acessíveis para colocar a roupa. Não havia banco para abrir a mala, tive que abrir no chão.

Pros:

El desayuno muy rico y el recepcionista que estaba a las 6 am de 11 de abril es un ángel, muy buena atención al cliente

Cons:

La calefacción no la pudimos prender porque hacía ruido, además nos tocó al lado de la vías del tren y hacían ruido, además la chica recepcionista alta, joven de cabello largo y gafas tenía mala atención al cliente

Die Lage war ausgezeichnet. Frühstück sehr gut und reichlich!

Cons:

Beim Frühstück wäre Croissants und größere Kuchenauswahl besser.
Die Zimmer waren sehr eng - es fehlte für uns ein zweiter Stuhl.
