Disappointing Service from Night Shift Staff

Dear Hampton by Hilton Team,

I am writing to share feedback regarding an unpleasant experience we had with a member of your night shift staff during our recent stay.

We approached the front desk to politely ask about the possibility of a late check-out and simply wanted to know what time late check-out would be available. However, the staff member appeared annoyed by our question and repeatedly asked what time we wanted to check out instead of explaining the available late check-out options.

When we clarified that we were only asking about the late check-out time, she responded in an aggressive tone and facial expression, stating that she could not help us with this. The interaction felt unnecessarily unfriendly and unhelpful, which was quite disappointing.

I have stayed at this hotel three times already for my business trips, which is why this experience was particularly disappointing. I have always chosen Hampton because of the convenient location and generally good service, but this interaction left me quite unhappy.

As guests, we were only seeking basic information and we expected a more welcoming and helpful response from the front desk team.

I hope you can review this matter internally and ensure that guests receive a more professional and courteous experience in the future.

Super Lage. Das Fahrrad, was direkt im Hotel leihen konnte, war klasse in Schuss und hat sehr viel Freude gemacht.
