エレベーターが中々来なかったり、来てもいっぱいで乗れなかったり待ち時間が長かったです。
喫煙室が狭かったです。
大浴場のお風呂は、垢がいっぱいで残念でした。

Pros:

当初予約した部屋が、希望したエクストラベット付きの部屋ではなかったが、子連れだったのですぐに別の部屋をお値引き価格で紹介してくれて助かった。

Cons:

Booking.comよりエクストラベッドを希望していたが、ホテル側にはうまく伝わっておらず、booking.comに質問した希望の回答を催促するのはお客様の責任でありホテルの義務ではない、と当初決めつけていた点は評価できない。

最高〜！
Pros:

朝食に牛タンが出た。
朝からほっぺたが落ちました。（笑）
大浴場は炭酸風呂で大変カラダが暖まり、
ベッドも快適だったので
前日の運転疲れも完全に取れ
帰りの帰途につきました。

Cons:

チェックアウト時にエレベーターを利用したが下の階に宿泊されていた方々が何度も満員で乗れなかったみたいな話をされていました。時間が重なると仕方ないとおもうがちょっと申し訳なかった。
タイミングがわるいと上層は直ぐ乗れるが下層に来ると人が乗れない状態があるみたいです。どの宿も同じかもしれませんが…。
