Beautiful location, in the desert but close to the marina. Great little restaurant. The landscaping is stunning and the staff super friendly and professional. It’s one of my favorite hotels in all of Baja!
The grounds were beautiful and the restaurant staff were pleasant. I appreciated the air conditioning and included breakfast.
The rooms were stark and bare, there was no path to a beach, and there was no free airport shuttle. The cost was high for what you get.
Staff is always friendly, very accommodating
My bed was super hard. Would be nice for better pillows
This hotel is a hidden gem just south of Loreto. Relaxing environment, friendly staff, large pool, comfortable rooms and an excellent restaurant with local dishes and fresh seafood. Will return for sure.
Very pricey for the sparse room, but a lovely oasis and a great restaurant and staff
Dinner was outstanding.
The room was very quiet. Even the refrigerator and AC were quiet, which is very unusual.
We had a great night's sleep.
The grounds are beautiful and the pool is nice. The restaurant staff were great
2 of the 4 days we were there, when we came back to our room at approximately 4 pm, the room hadn't been cleaned. Both days, I went to the office to complain and at least get water and coffee and the office door was open, lights and computer on, and no staff to be found. When we complained on our way out the following morning, those days we came back to a clean, stocked room. I shouldn't have to ask for our to be taken care of each day.
Also the rooms are large, but have minimal furniture. There are no dressers or shelves so for our 5 night stay,. we had to live out of our bags. There was only one tiny desk which held the coffee maker and one chair in the room while there was plenty of space for a sitting area.
This is our favorite property when traveling in Baja. It is about 24 miles south of Loreto, quiet, beautiful pool and spacious room and bathroom. There was a coffee pot, mini fridge. King bed is a nice touch. Easy drive in and parking. The bonus to this property is the marina a short half mile down the road. This is where live aborders keep their sailboats. There is a small market and the best part is the restaurant, La Brisa. The menu has great choices, tasty pizza, burgers and salad. Great drinks and a spectacular view!
Nothing to report here.
Always enjoy an overnight stay at Tripui on our way home to La Paz. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and food good in the restaurant. Staff is friendly and provide good service.
Shady balcony, friendly people, comfortable pool, and great food. Perfect!
We’ve been going to Tripui since 2010 because we keep a boat at nearby Marina Puerto Escondido.
We stay there a couple times a year either in the apartments or the rooms while we are working on our boat.
They are close and pet friendly so works well as a place to stay when we can’t live on our boat.
The restaurant food and staff are great and it the grounds are a beautiful slice of paradise in the desert.
Very happy to meet Roberto this time. A wonderful addition to the staff and very helpful.
Absolutely beautiful! The gardens with the backdrop of the Giganta mountains is amazing
Very difficult to enter and exit the pool. There are no steps and the ladders are not safe.
quietness and locati0n
Rooms were not to my liking. No chair to sit in. No table. No privacy for toilet. Did not like bathtub
They would not turn on a/c in restaurant and it was 100 degrees outside. The person in office when we checked in was not very informative.
Nice quiet place staff is good could have used better service at pool with drinks, little more revenue to resort.
do recommend for sure, Doug
Good, nice that it was complementary
no local beach and the paint was peeling
Great place super friendly staff! Have stayed there many times
Complementary breakfast was fine. Good coffee.
Shower water could have been warmer.
