不潔
Pros:

チェックイン、チェックアウトが自動化されており簡単

Cons:

清掃されていない部分が多々あり、不潔でした。
特に嫌だったのが水回りで、便座に他人の尿が残っており、清掃していないのは明白でした。部屋では机や棚のほこりがそのままになっていました。
ベットメイク、水回り備品の最低限のセッティングを行い清掃はほとんどやっていないように見受けられました。

立地で選びましたが、部屋の清掃、備品の補充がきちんととしていて良かったです。
Pros:

天神や薬院駅と博多駅まで徒歩圏内。
すぐそばにはスーパーとローソン、薬局があり便利です。
浴槽付きの浴室で歯ブラシが柔らかくて良かった！

Cons:

アパにしては16m2と広い部屋でしたが
幼児連れでスーツケース3個でしたので
かなり狭く感じました

駅から近く交通の便が良かった

①宿泊代が少し高い　②朝食代も高い　③フロントの手続きがわかりにくい（途中で係りの方に聞いたら、キチンと教えてくださった）　④ネットでの地図がわかりにくく、ニューオータニの近くを30分探しました　⑤ネット表示の電話が繋がらない
