For my first time in the Philippines this was a terrible location for me to book for seven days. I can only speak for myself that I was not happy that there were no side walks outside the Hotel. People were walking dead in the street with cars and trucks driving around them. As a foreigner walking in the street is dangerous because you risk getting hit by car and trucks. I had to take a taxi to get around everywhere and it costs money. Another thing I didn’t like was a hotel security guard was asking my female guess if they were my girlfriends. One of my guess told me security said that I had other females visiting me, that can cause a relationship fight. Security guards are not suppose to be getting into customers private business which gave this hotel a real bad taste. The Free WiFi they claim didn’t work in my room, and the money exchange in the area was a rip off. The good points was a friendly front desk, comfortable bed, and free breakfast. I was so glad to leave this Hotel, I stayed in my room almost everyday because I didn’t want to walk in the street. I say this Hotel is good for one or two nights max. Go see King Lapu-Lapu shrine get some souvenirs and leave out as soon as possible.

Staff was very helpful and extremely nice. Breakfast was alright. Nothing special. Rooms were clean and nice size. Shower area was big too. No TV if you wanted one. Wifi works well.

I would not book this hotel if I have another chance to visit Mactan city. There are plenty of hotel which more nicer and comfortable to choose from.

Ok for 1 night leaving next day to the airport. Around 15 minutes to the airport .

Also no daily cleaning. We did not make it to whaleshark watching and most of our time was eaten up by commuting from mactan to the city.

Booked a 3 bed room for three people. They only had a 2 bed room available at check in at 4 pm. PAID for the 3 bed room.... no refund of difference even offered.

It was mentioned there is a sauna or jacuzzi but the hotel don't have it. It's room are not sound proof considering you can't sleep well as it's nearby the road. Not so safe for guests since students are in and out of the hotel and it's visitor. It's a learning hotel so it's only good if you study there.

This is a basic hotel I took my extended family to. I booked 3 room, 2 for couples and 1 for kids. I knew this was a teaching hotel, it is really more of a school then a hotel, and they catered to there students much more then to there hotel room guests. Preset plated breakfast with no questions to even what we might want where there student guests get a buffet. Hotel shuttle is for students only not guests. Very little customer service at desk and often incorrect info given. They have a policy of lights out in courtyard at 10pm, even if you are working there because they want students to study. I knew I would be getting basic lodgings when I booked but a little customer service would have been nice! Also the ever present ants in the bathroom and you had to request room to be cleaned.

This is a school so there are a lot of people milling around and it can be a bit noisy. However the room was comfortable, the pool was really lovely and it was convenient for the airport. Great for fellow backpackers
