Pros:

部屋をグレードアップしてくれました。
駐車場のご案内が親切でした。
外出先から戻ったのが深夜でしたが、フリントにいたスタッフは丁寧にご挨拶してくれました。

Pros:

清潔でベッドの寝心地が良かったです。
またスタッフの方々も親切で感じ良く居心地良く過ごせました。

Cons:

駐車場が無いのが残念でした。
有料駐車場ももう少し近いと助かりました。

価格に合わないホテルでした
Pros:

特になし(バス停が近いくらい)

Cons:

道路から入口まで階段。　各階通路、部屋共に不潔。(掃除されているようだが根本的にリフォーム必要)
※3月に金沢中央に泊まったが、とても綺麗で高い評価をしました。

期待しただけに残念ではありました。
Pros:

最後に、出発後行きたい場所に行くための交通手段でご相談した際、真摯に向き合って下さったこと。結局そのご提案は功を奏さなかったものの、誠実さは有り難かったです。

Cons:

チェックインの日、24時近くにやっと疲れて到着しているのに、2階のフロントまでなんと急峻な階段を全ての荷物と共に登らなければならないなんて、拷問でした。「階段なんですね」と言うと、「スロープがあって、その先にエレベーターがあるのですが…」と言われました。でしたら、『この先にエレベーターがあります』などの表示か何かあって然るべきと思いますが。何も見当たらず、エレベーターは死角にありわかる訳がありません。不親切です。
朝食も厚いトースト2枚で上顎をケガしました。
