Staff member was very fluent in English - plenty of seating and toilets in reception while waiting for check-in

Cons:

Couldn’t find laundry on 14F. When entering our room, there was a dehumidifier running on the table that had a very strong sort of bleach smell - had to open the window to air out.

On en garde un bon souvenir
Pros:

Le bain public était très agréable (interdit si tatouage), le confort.

Cons:

Le matelas était un peu affaissé d’un côté et la chambre est petite si vous avez des grosses valises.
