I think I will not come back again because of the FO personnel, they were so rude.
Pros:

The breakfast was just okay. My comment is about our order for dinner on the night we arrived at your hotel, was so delayed. The choices in the menu were almost all were not available according to the staff. And worst, during our intercom conversation, we already agreed on what were available, and the girl promised to call us when the dinner is ready so we can get down to the restaurant. I then asked how long would it take for our orders, she told us 20 to 30 mins. However, after 40-50 mins no call was received, so we just went down because we were so hungry already. Oh my God, aside from the food were not ready, the girl told me to change my order because, the cooking time of the order we agreed 1 hour ago would take too long. I just breath deeply and said, okay we will go with your recommendation.

Cons:

About my request of the receipt of my payment - I was the one booking the accomodation, I was the one paying the charges, but the FO supervisor told us that the receipt they will issue is the name of the guest listed in the first room. It is the company's policy kuno, i just cannot understand. I think the rightfull person to be issued with the receipt is the payer is not it?

And also our question about the senior citizen discount. We had 3 Senior citizens in the group. I request for the discount, but the FO told us that you cannot give the discount because , the booking was via online. I was just okay with that. But because there was 1 extra pax so there was extra charge aside from the on-line payment. So i requested a senior discount on the extra pax, but OMG, the same is not allowed also in your company? Is that so?

Pros:

Location is not too bad. Breakfast just ok most of the foods are cold. Wifi is good. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Something wrong with the toilet, it won’t flush properly. You have to pay 150 peso for extra towel.

Pros:

The hotel is very accessible to nearby restaurants and malls. The street is busy but quiet already at night. Wifi is fast!

I like my room at the 4th floor. There's a view though it was covered a bit but atleast open.

Room is clean when I arrived. Aircon is working well. There's TV/Cable but if you want to watch netflix, you need to log in your account, just dont forget to log out. Room has good lighting.

They have shower heater, dental kit, soap, hair dryer, towels, bedroom slippers.

Check-in was smooth, they require deposit of 2k in cash which they return when you check out.

Breakfast is free from 7am to 10am only but I didnt get to eat since I stepped out. I looked at the spread and it's your basic Filipino breakfast. Looks good though.

It's 45mins from parkmall. With traffic. An hour and a half going to airport with traffic too

I will consider staying here again next time!

Desyuno horrible, hotel viejo.
Pros:

El personal amable pero tampoco pueden cambiar el hotel, por mas que puedes pedir ellos no pueden hacer nada. Bastante centrico pero si volviera buscaria otra zona ya que hay zonas mejores.

El hotel es muy viejo. Lejos de las fotos de booking. Me engañaron los comentarios positivos.
Sucio (no obstante les ves limpiar en todo momento, solo que muy superficial) las toallas con manchas, las esquinas horriblemente sucias, pasan cera en el piso pero no está limpio. La ducha prefiero no decir nada porque era algo horroroso. Le falta manutención, restauro y limpieza.
El desayuno ni lo consumimos ya que eso no era comestible. Olia mal, el termos de agua caliente para hacerte el the o café estaba lleno de cal, el café tenia dentro la cuchara de como lo remojaban en el agua. 4 cosas para comer y en mal estado. De hecho nadie desayunaba. Dinero tirado. Ademas no te ponen nada para llevar si no hay un minimo de 5 huéspedes del hotel que piden el desayuno para llevar. Aunque lo hayas pagado. El aire acondicionado hace un ruido monstruoso y no se ha limpiado nunca, nos despertamos con un alergia que nos ha acompañado durante todo el viaje.

Pros:

Your people are the best , they say hello using my name and always have a bright smile . I appreciate your door man and Bell hop as well , very helpful and respectful , that is always appreciated.
I also give your kitchen staff a hardy thank you . The breakfast buffet was very nice and the new food warmers made a great breakfast even better . Its the little things that will assure I come back time and time again .
My wife and I thank you for the great stay !
