Most affordable and very good accommodation in Cebu.
Pros:

The location is very close to the centre. Staffs are really nice. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Nothing to complain about.

A nice hotel in Cebu
Pros:

The room was big and the toilet was decent. The position was good because you are more or less in the centre. The staff was really kind and helpful.

Great value and staff fabulous.
Pros:

The staff were absolutely wonderful. So attentive, friendly and professional. The beds although firm were great for a sore back. Room very clean, and good size.

Cons:

Unfortunately the rooms weren't soundproof so sleeping was a bit difficult due to the loudness of slamming doors of neighbours and outside noise. Breakfast was not great but it was ok
