There’s no words to truly describe how wonderful Amoray and Azul are. You just have to experience it all first hand. Amazing rooms, amazing views. Amazing staff. It all just works!

​Azul del Mar is the absolute best secret of the Keys. It is the perfect romantic hiding location for a getaway. Our room was incredibly clean, featuring a very comfortable bed and excellent pillows that made it hard to wake up. One of our favorite parts of the stay was having coffee in the morning while looking out at the sea, and the evening sunsets are simply irreplaceable. To top it all off, the service is just a text away, attentive, fast, and seamless. We will definitely be back!

What an amazing place to stay! Beautiful, clean, customer service is friendly, quick and flawless. Check in and check out was easy.
Location is PERFECT! Walking distance to many venues and activities!

The location was awesome, close to everything! The views were beautiful from the deck and a tiny beach to get in the water. Quiet and peaceful watching the boats and the sunsets in the evening!

★☆☆☆☆ – Disappointing Stay, Misleading Photos, Poor Response from Management

My wife and I stayed in the La Palma Suite for her birthday getaway. We chose this property based on the photographs shown online and the overwhelmingly positive reviews. Unfortunately, our actual experience was very different.

The biggest issue was that the room we received did not reflect the condition portrayed in the photos. While it appears the property may have been renovated years ago, much of what we found showed significant wear and deferred maintenance.

Some of the issues we encountered included:

• A bed that creaked loudly with virtually any movement, making it difficult to sleep.
• Shower water that never became truly hot and had very low water pressure.
• Mold or mildew buildup visible beneath the sink rim and inside the sink overflow opening.
• Rust and corrosion on bathroom fixtures.
• Upholstered furniture that was stained, worn, and damaged.
• A closet door that would not properly close because it was off track.
• Exterior areas that looked noticeably different from the photographs used in advertising.
• General cleanliness and maintenance concerns throughout the suite.

After reporting the bed issue, management acknowledged the problem and offered to move us to another room with a new mattress. We packed our belongings and prepared to move. However, before the move could occur, the replacement room was reassigned to another guest. We were later informed that because we had not responded quickly enough, the room was no longer available.

What disappointed me most was not simply the condition of the room, but the lack of meaningful resolution after management recognized there was a problem. Once a room change was offered, I believe it should have been held until direct contact was made with the guest.

To be fair, my wife and I still enjoyed our time in the Florida Keys and had a wonderful birthday celebration. The location is beautiful. However, the accommodations themselves did not meet the expectations created by the property's marketing photographs, and management's handling of the situation left us disappointed.

I encourage future guests to look carefully at recent traveler photos and ask questions about the current condition of the specific room they are booking before making a reservation.

All the staff were friendly, especially the manager, who was helpful with booking, and kind when we arrived.

Great place to stay. Beautiful views right on the water. Room was clean and decorated nicely. Great value. Tons of amenities and things to do at the property. Easy check in and check out.

As much as i want to gatekeep this hidden gem i must give Azul del Mar their flowers. 5 stars all around. If you want to not only escape whatevers going on in life but the world in general this is the place to be. My family and i checked in under personal tragic circumstances. We needed a get away. This place literally healed us. Our family is stronger than ever, and the power of that alone makes this spot a very special place. Thats all i can say about that. Thank you to Azul del Mar. My family and I will be looking foward to future vacations. We love you!

Have to say place was a Funky surprise. Clean comfortable room - awesome view of the water from our window. Bed was one of the most comfortable. Property has hammocks and swing with thatched room.

Stayed With Azul Del Mar for a long weekend to complete my Advance Open Water Diving Course . This was one of my Finer choices I have made in sometime . Every Team member I met was amazing ... Kind .. Polite .. and truly interested that all that was needed was being provided. The property is Pristine .. It is maintained Daily .. Location .. View .. and accommodations are Steller . I was staying in the Royal ... it really made my stay feel like home .... it just got better in the evenings ... This trip was solely to complete my Certification but I am sure I will be back with my wife for a nice .. romantic stay . and will make it much easier to capture Daily Dives being right next door to their Sister Property Amoray Dive Resort ... Azul and Amoray Team .. I can not thank you enough ...

Great little spot! Clean, spacious, well-appointed room, easy water access, plenty of amenities (using the pool at the sister property). and a beautiful view. Would be a great place for a few couples to hang out.

Better than a 2nd honeymoon.
Speaking of moons, I think the best natural water swim I have ever had was right out there in Moon Bay, directly in front of our room. The water was awesome. This is a fantastic place designed for couples.

Exceptional stay! We booked last minute as our other plans fell through. The staff was incredibly welcoming and efficient. Our room was spacious, spotless, and featured a remarkably comfortable bed. The location is unbeatable, the view of the ocean was beautiful. Will definitely return!

We absolutely loved our stay! The property is so clean and everyone was so friendly! The only downside was we didn’t get to kayak and our upstairs neighbors were loud during the early morning like 2:00AM-4:00AM.
