Hotel cancelled my reservation 2 days before I was planning to arrive via a message in Expedia that made it look like I cancelled the reservation. After seeing the message, I called immediately. No one could give me ANY answers. An hour after the phone call they sent me another message about a plumbing issue. Interestingly, they made no attempt to help me find other accomodations when their sister resort next door had vacancies, as I was frantically searching for a place to stay on vacation since I already had paid for airline tickets. Only 2 to 3% of properties had vacancies during this period so my options were very limited and I ended up having to split my stay between two places. I just hope this review helps others not have to deal with their unprofessionalism. They refunded my money but due to booking later I ended up spending $700 more for my stay. They should have offered some support or assistance.

The staff were very helpful. We were looking for a quiet resort and this meet our needs.

While the small beach and dock to view the sunset was nice, the actual room was a disaster. The bathroom was very small, the shower floor had loose and missing tiles and the shower drain had sharp edges. Hair dryer was available, but it didn't work. Coffee station was nice. Bedroom closet door was missing. Sheets appeared clean but were stained, so it made you wonder about their cleanliness of the entire room. Check-in was at the next door hotel, so prepare for a hide and seek adventure to get to the right building to check in. We will never stay here again and do not recommend this property.

Wonderful place. Such a lovely welcome by Ricki. Azul is part of Amoray where we have been visiting for years. So tranquil here and the sunsets are just outstanding. Of course, we will return 😍💜

Unforgettable staycation! Jay and everyone at the property were extremely helpful and welcoming. The views are beautiful. The room was extremely comfortable. And the property was so peaceful! Great solo trip!

This was such a lovely place to stay! And being right on the water was definitely a plus. Our guesthouse was spacious enough for the two of us. The vibe and atmosphere were very welcoming. There is even a book provided with photos and suggestions about this area; where to eat, etc. Very helpful! My husband did an excellent job of choosing this location and we would definitely stay again!

It was a beautiful resort. Quiet, tranquil. The suite was large, except for the bathroom. Our bathroom was extremely small. It did not have good water pressure and had missing tiles in the shower floor. It had a free laundry washer and dryer.

Great customer service. The Royale room was oceanfront with a beautiful view and a comfy bed. Loved swinging in the oversized swings and listening to the waves.

Room was spacious and very comfortable kitchenette fridge, we were pleased. Grounds were not large but nice kayak paddle board hammocks, out side sitting areas, swings. Sister property next door offered diving, snorkeling leaving right from the property and a pool. We would definitely come back and plan some water activities.

Beautiful oceanview, large modern furnished apartment, very clean and comfortable!
The beach is private with lounge chases, even on the pier. You can even use kajak abd paddleboard for free!
Any question we had was answered prombtly!

Amazing room and proximity to water

Room was clean. We did not talk to a single sole. Everything is done via text and email. Finding the room in the rain and dead of night was a little challenging.

Amazing and immaculate!
Pros: Guesthouse was like having your own furnished apartment . Kitchen was great and bed was comfortable and firm! Your own beach and marina with complimentary kayaks and bicycles and laundry.
Cons: could use a coffee table when sitting on couch. Because bathroom area was not on same level, could be a disadvantage stepping down.

Pleasantly surprised with our room. Great base for several attractions we visited. A couple of chairs outside the Boat House would have been nice.

Had a great stay and highly recommend. Polite staff, great location. Watched the sunset right from the dock, can paddle board and kayak from the onsite private beach. Check in/check out was easy, anything we needed we just texted and they made it happen immediately.

It's the keys with a keys vibe, so not luxury resort. Few things were inline with those expectations (dull kitchen knives, cold water off on one faucet, damage on one kayak, complimentary beverages/snacks but could wow guests with a bit more). During stay none of these bothered me enough to bring up, I'm sure staff would have fixed had I.

Absolutely gorgeous! The location is close to everything and still feels quiet and relaxing and so peaceful. The rooms exceeded expectations so well appointed and set up for drinks and coffee. Also the bed was comfy. Can't say enough about tranquility. We used kayaks and relaxed on dock.

Our stay here was really nice. We would definitely stay here again. A hidden gem in Key Largo. Very quaint and quiet. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Rented all rooms for a family holiday. Amazing property with great staff, sunset views, water sports (including a snorkeling trip with Amoray Dive Resort next door). We are already talking about reservations for next year!
