博多駅へのアクセスも良く、機会があれば次回も利用したいと思います。
Pros:

自慢の生卵、明太子等の博多ならではの品が朝食に出されており、美味しかったです。一方、朝食用のプレートが重く感じます。室内の清掃も行き届いておりました。

Cons:

他の宿泊客が深夜1～2時に帰ってきたのか大きな声を上げるのが聞こえて安眠妨害されています。立地上、致し方ないかもしれませんが残念です。
また、遮光カーテンが掛かっているものの遮光性が今一つのように感じます。日の出の早い季節には内扉があると良いと思います。

山本さまのご対応がとても良かった。神です！

Cons:

エントランスは、保全が、行届いていたが、2階廊下、私が宿泊した、部屋のベッド下、老朽化が著しい。ギャップが大きい。アパさん、たくさん利用してますが、今回ワースト1です。共用部は特に手入れを入れて欲しい。
