快適に過ごせました。
Pros:

お部屋で喫煙できるホテルが少なくなってきている中、愛煙家としてはとてもありがたかったです。博多駅からも徒歩圏内でしたし、飲食店やコンビニも近くにあったので便利でした。

Cons:

部屋にあるトイレの蓋や浴槽内に前の宿泊者？の毛が残っていたので残念でした。

近代化も良し悪し
Pros:

安かったのと、スタッフさんが丁寧でした。お部屋にミネラルウォーターが置いてあった。

Cons:

チェックイン開始すぐくらいに行ったせいか、ご案内しますのでお待ちくださいから30分待ちました。座る椅子を用意していただけたし、スタッフさんの対応はとても良かったけど、QRを読み込むとかあったからかなとにかく待ちました。

スタッフの対応が丁寧でした。アメニティ、歯ブラシの使い心地が良く、コーヒーやお茶も嬉しかったです。部屋の広さも良く、道具やハンガーも機能的でした。

Cons:

浴槽、洗面台、トイレが古い。特に便器は汚れがありテンションが落ちました。
部屋は2階だったのですが、カーテンを開けるとすぐ下はたくさんの人が歩く道路で落ち着きませんでした。
