洗練されたroom、温泉の湯　最高でした
Pros:

roomの中で座っていてもベット、トイレとバス以外はすべて何でも動かないで出来る機能性があって良かったです。
きっと、これが目的で無駄なスペースを無くしたかも知れませんね。自分としては次回はもうちょっと広いroomを
借りたいです。とても静かで快適でした。温泉の湯も最高でした。

良かったです。
Pros:

大浴場は疲れが取れる。室内備品は揃えが良い。スタッフの案内は素晴らしい。ミネラルウォーターを1本サービスはありがたい。

Cons:

朝食は和食を選びましたが大したことなかった。納豆を食べたかった。洋食は朝からから揚げカレーを食べる気になれない。トースト、ベーコンエッグを食べたかった。

スタッフの方の対応が、すごく良かったです。
お世話になりました。ありがとうございました🙇

Cons:

マットレスが使い古されている物なのか、全然ダメで、一瞬、床に寝ようかと思いました。
でも、フロントに連絡し、薄い敷パット２枚と掛け布団をお借りし、ベッドからマットレスを外し、借りた掛け布団と敷パットをベッドの上に敷　いて、寝ました。熟睡できました。
色々なホテルに泊まったりしますが、あんなに酷いマットレスは初めてでした。
大浴場も朝食も利用しませんでしたが、色々なサービスを提供する前に、先ずある程度の寝具を提供して欲しいです。
