Significant amounts of black mould all over the shower unit and shower door couldn't be shut, the two inch gap causing water to spray onto bathroom floor. Sink stained and fixtures decaying and becoming loose. Frankly the whole bathroom needs replacing and soon.

Sagar knocked on our door, the room was “slightly untidy” some 15 minutes later an amazing transformation had taken place, everything was spick and span. Thank you, Sagar. You have done an amazing job and are a real credit to the hotel. Marcus

Had an awesome stay at this property! The staff was super friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. Every meal I had was a delight, bursting with flavors that made every bite enjoyable. I had a fantastic experience at Ramada! The housekeeping team, especially Mr. Vipin, ensured my hotel room was consistently clean and organized. His attention to detail made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. If you're looking for a hotel with excellent service and immaculate rooms, Ramada is the perfect choice. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting the area! But they need to work on guest attentive so uninformed staff at service sometimes

Amazing experience staying at Ramada hotel during my last business trip. The customer service was really good. Has good restaurant with great choices in Buffet. Definitely recommend anybody who is in for business or holiday.

Had a wonderful stay! The spot has an excellent location that’s close to all attractions. Dining options were absolutely satisfactory with delicious meals. Breakfast could be better but still did its job more than fine. Everything else about my trip went smoothly. I highly suggest checking it out if you’re visiting near the area! Met a lovely receptionist named Priya and she did her job wonderfully and made our stays brighter with her cheerful energy.

Not experienced much as we were in marriage group. Hotel is decent. Room size and decor is reasonable. Staff in general is good though I found housekeeping is lacking. Variety in breakfast is limited. However service and courtesy of some of staff members were excellent including Ms Vibhuti from front desk and gate staff
