Excellent welcome, lovely room and great service throughout.
Breakfast was a little expensive but probably good value if you had the full amount. An option of a simple breakfast with just tea and toast for £5 each would have been good.
All staff we met were welcoming and friendly. Restaurant team, led by Mary, were especially helpful and efficient.

It was comfortable and cosy
The rooms don’t have t.v’s. You can ask for one but they only have 3 to lend to guests and 2 didn’t work. They have Robert’s radios instead which seems very odd.
Friendly, thoughtful staff. Relaxed atmosphere.
nothing.
Nice view
No TV!
Everything from pre arrival phone call, to help confirm meal options, booking a table and supporting me with an evening roast when getting to the hotel for 8pm. Walking into a friendly hotel, clean rooms, exceptional roast dinner after 5 hours travel was incredible. Breakfast was lovely and the staff are great. 3rd time been here and would travel again and again

Lovely hotel very warm and cosy with beautiful rooms.
There wasn’t anything I didn’t like.
Good location for what we wanted close to Launceston. Property has old world characteristics being an old coaching inn, and upgraded in keeping with that in mind.
Heating could be better but lovely open fire in the lounge if you’re lucky enough to be close to it. Room heating is adequate.
Great dinner and breakfast. The hotel was quiet. Staff very friendly.
Enjoyed reading about all the hotel's environmental approach.
