Traditional hotel in the civic center of Concepción. 24 hours garage/courtyard parking. Friendly staff, clean hotel, while room with carpet. Old bed/soft mattress.

En general se notaba una construcción antigua pero muy limpia, la atención del personal muy buena pero no cuenta con aire acondicionado y el desayuno no se parecía mucho a lo mostrado en las fotos

Best to stay in Downtown Concepcion.
Compare to El Araucano this has a real parking lot.

Hotel El Dorado is a bit run down but honestly is a fine value for the money. Our beds were comfortable and the sheets clean. The breakfast was not great but had enough options for most. The hotel is on one of Concepcion’s central streets, but it wad not particularly lively during our weekend nights there. Oh, there is no air conditioning, but a window opens in each room, and that was good enough.

We arrived before checkin and were allowed to get in our room, nice after a long flight. Parking was easy off the street and in a secure lot and the bellman helped us with our bags right away. At night a nearby restaurant was a great choice to walk to and there was a bank across the street to get a good exchange from US $ to pesos. The next night we ate at the hotel restaurant which was fine. Their breakfast each morning started our day’s adventures.

O hotel é bem localizado, os quartos são confortáveis, os funcionários são simpáticos.

This hotel was not what we expected. It is older and it shows. Still, the beds were comfortable. The rooms are very clean. The staff are great! We liked the food very much. We stayed only one night but it was memorable.

A recepção foi fantástica! Super atencioso, nos ajudou com locais pra comer e passear próximos do hotel.

Durante mi breve estadía en Concepción me enferme, el hotel nos permitió un "late check out" sin costo adicional, fueron súper considerados conmigo.

Lamentablemente no se respetó el precio acordado en la app, se cobró un impuesto que no estaba informado en hotels.com, lo que me complicó porque tenía valores similares en hoteles con mejor puntuación.
Incluso en otras aplicaciones tenía el mismo hotel con mejor precio pero preferí Hotels.com aún siendo un costo mayor

Baño tapado, toallas agrisadas, suciedad, se evalúa costo beneficio, no es recomendable

Wi-Fi connection at my room was terrible, and when I communicated this to the front desk, they did not believe me, saying that nobody else has complained. I won’t recommend it!

Es un buen hotel, y se presenta como una buena experiencia, si se debe considerar que el hotel es mas viejo, por lo que hay pequeñas cosas y detalles. Tiene buen desayuno, con variedad y cantidad de cosas.
Las piezas a pesar de tener excelente luz, no poseen demasiada ventilación ni aire acondicionado, para soportar el calor que se acumulaba
