Didn’t get a chance to experience the property as we had booked for a wedding and Rooms were far too small and no one around to try and sort out situation. All done with someone looking at you via camera. Felt a bit uncomfortable.We are currently awaiting a full refund for the 3 rooms we booked.
No one around to sort out issues. All done via someone asking me to stand in Camera view. Very Bizarre. Bar area had door hanging off and decking was worn and dangerous. Not al all as shown in pictures

Le manque d’une étagère à la salle de bain pour poser nos produits de toilette.
Tiene mucho encanto, es muy familiar y con personalidad, apartado, lo que le confiere tranquilidad y facilidad de aparcamiento, pero a 12 minutos andando del meollo. Todo fueron facilidades, y el desayuno...eso no se encuentra incluido en el precio, ¡maravilloso! Por no hablar del personal, qué maja y amable la camarera que nos atendió.
La habitación que nos tocó tenía una terraza preciosa para relajarte, buen aire acondicionado y un minibar muy variado. Sin duda, cuando vaya a Sitges, ya sé dónde me alojaré😍
Por ponerle una pega, no había lámpara en la mesilla, lo que limita un poco por la noche.

Está muy descuidado, la tapa del wc rota, el soporte de la ducha roto, AC no funcionaba, tablas del suelo rotas justo en la entrada que puede provocar caídas, y no hablemos del desayuno, bien atendido, ya que tú tienes que cojer el jamón y el queso abriendo los blisters del súper, que por cierto estaban reseco y eso que estaba sin abrir, debía de ser descongelado, en general por el precio bastante descuidado, una pena porque el local está bien.
Despite being full, the place was very quiet. That is partially because there are different access various rooms, the breakfast area is away from the accommodation space and guests were respectful.
Location is great, bedding is below hotel par in quality
The signage inside our room clearly stated breakfast until 11:00 and checkout at 12:00. In practice, breakfast closed at 10:30 and we were told checkout was 11:00, with no advance notice.
When we raised this with the manager, the response was dismissive: we were simply told the most visible in-room chart was “winter hours” (though not indicated on the chart) and pointed to a different chart (hidden behind a lamp) and to Booking.com, as if the discrepancy were our fault.
No acknowledgement, no apology, no attempt to make it right despite us relying in good faith on the information posted in our own room.
Very disappointing communication from someone who should take responsibility for the hotel’s own inaccurate signage.
Won’t be coming back.

Se podría mejorar alguna cosa del mobiliario , sobretodo el exterior.

Die Dame, die uns empfangen hat, war immer nett und zuvorkommend.
Die Unterkunft ist seit langer Zeit nicht renoviert worden. Eine Person versucht ihr bestes, aber das kann es nicht kompensieren. Die schönen Bildern haben mit der Realität nichts zu tun. Schade um das tolle Gebäude.
The room was exceptionally clean with a lovely balcony and plenty of light. Also black out blinds for sleeping. The bed was very comfy and the place was quiet in the main except for those residents at the accommodation so had a good night's sleep. The breakfast was good enough, coffee, fresh orange juice, pastries, toast and yoghurt and fruit. I enjoyed my stay!
Access to cold water or a coffee station in the communal area of the accommodation would be good.

No es un hotel. Es una vivienda unifamiliar que se ha remodelado, creando diferentes habitaciones.
Las camas y las almohadas son incómodas y el desayuno es muy justito.
