I didn't like the hard bed mattress, which made my back hurt every morning.
I really didn't like the fact that every morning when I entered the bathroom it smelled like sewage. The smell dissipated during the day, but the next morning it was back.

Het was enigszins vochtig, dat had te maken met de vele regen die gevallen is en de periode van het jaar.

Our first room that we got ("Chanel" or just "C") was really bad. The weather on this day of early march was bad (rainy cold day and night) and we felt very cold in the room. We were asked to use A/C to heat up the room but we barely felt any difference (the A/C was installed on the other side of the room than the bed and only direct area of A/C was warmer). There was a humidity problem in the room (bad smell of wet wood), the room was very poorly insulated and the toilet was small and uncfomfortable. The whole room felt as a poor add-on to the main hotel building. It doesn't feel fair that it's sold for the same price as much better rooms inside the main part of the hotel. And nobody told us that there are "better" and "worse" rooms and gave us any choice.

On our request we were able to move to another room the next day. We reported the problem with the room on the very first day but unfortunately it wasn't possible to change it then so we had to endure the cold night somehow. The new room was much better in all ways, even though it would clearly benefit from some repairs and refresh.

Despite the friendliness of the staff, this whole experience was not worth paying the price that was higher than many other hotels in Sitges (where our first night would almost for sure not be as bad as in the "Channel" room).

Dans la chambre, il n'y a aucun voilage et tout le monde peut vous voir sauf à fermer les volets ce qui est dommage.
L'emplacement de l'hôtel est un peu bruyant car il donne sur une rue passante.
L'insonorisation entre les chambres du premier étage est très légère.

Elegimos este hotel porque la decoración y el ambiente se veían muy bonitos en las fotos y visualmente el lugar no decepciona. El diseño interior es encantador y se nota que está cuidado con detalle, lo que crea una atmósfera estética muy agradable.

Sin embargo, la experiencia acústica fue muy distinta de lo que esperábamos. Debido, aparentemente, a la antigüedad del edificio y a las paredes finas, el sonido se transmite con mucha facilidad entre las habitaciones. Podíamos escuchar con claridad conversaciones y actividades habituales de otras habitaciones, lo que afectó nuestra sensación de privacidad y nuestra capacidad de descansar. Para nosotros, esta falta de insonorización terminó por afectar la experiencia del viaje.
Por otro lado, la gerente del hotel fue receptiva y estuvo presente cuando comunicamos el problema y agradecemos su intervención para intentar gestionarlo.

Este hotel puede resultar adecuado para viajeros que priorizan la estética y el ambiente. Sin embargo, las personas sensibles al ruido o que valoran mucho la tranquilidad deberían tener en cuenta que el aislamiento acústico entre habitaciones es limitado y quizás considerar llevar tapones de oído.

체류기간 내내 바르셀로나로 오갈 때는 기차를 이용했는데, 기차역까지는 걸어서 10~15분 정도로 다소 멉니다. 하지만 도보길은 깨끗하고 안전했습니다.
아침은 8시반부터 제공되는데 조금 더 빨랐으면 좋겠습니다.

D'une manière générale, nous n'apprécions guère le self check-in. À partir du petit-déjeuner le lendemain, l'accueil était cordial et chaleureux.
