Generally good, staff was really good and helpful- wasn’t able to dine on site for dinner due to tour group, but there was no signage saying so ahead of time ( would have eaten in town earlier).
Room had a few repairs needed like light bulb in bathroom and drain plug in tub not sealing ( it was a jet tub, so needed).
Beautiful location- and again great staff!!!!

Struttura assolutamente non adeguata alle 4 stelle dichiarate.
Scarsissima pulizia nelle camere, lampada sul comodino che cade a pezzi, televisione non funzionante e scaldabagno che sibila e fa un rumore tale da non dormire. Quando abbiamo chiesto spiegazioni alla manager si è dimostrata non disponibile, scortese e senza pietà, dato che non ci ha voluto rimborsare per i disagi.
Siamo scappati 2 notti in anticipo. Mai piú.

Hotel bello ma stanza singola non prevista e alcuni diversi altri disservizi

Literie obsolète / réception antipathique du début à la fin / tv qui ne fonctionne pas / coffre fort défaillant (intervention du personnel pour récupérer nos effets / impossible de réserver au restaurant de l’hôtel alors que le soir nous sommes rentrés à 21:30 et que tout était déjà fermé et éteint (donc pas grand monde ce soir là alors qu’on nous a refusé la réservation). En conclusion heureusement qu’il y avait Pietro (le chauffeur de la navette) pour relever le niveau de sympathie, car ça volait bas à la réception. Et pour finir, l accès à la piscine = 25€ par personne. Assez décevant.

It’s a good hotel and breakfast buffet is great however the staff aren’t very forthcoming with information.
Should not be advertised as a hotel with pool/spa as this is run separately and €25 fee per adult for 2 hours even as a guest.
Location is out of town and shuttle only runs until 7pm. Fine for ski in/out but €10 taxi into town for dinner etc

Servizio non all'altezza.

Il personale dell'hotel non offre un servizio all'altezza dei costi.
La struttura è bella ed anche le camere e la posizione, ma il personale soprattutto alla reception non è sempre gentile e preciso.

Albergo storico ben ristrutturato con ottimi bar e ristoranti interni.
Grande piscina ed idromassaggio, purtroppo con acqua abbastanza fredda che non consente di starci più di pochi minuti.
ottimo arredamento elegante/montano, purtroppo rovinato con addobbi natalizi MOLTO kitsch, ancora esposti nonostante noi abbiamo soggiornato dopo metà febbraio

Great location but the service was not good. We stayed a whole week and the swimming pool and jacuzzi NEVER worked and nobody could tell us what the problem was or when was it going to be fixed. They were rude when we asked and said it was not their problem.

Decent hotel. A bit outdated. The staff was not very helpful at check in and did not give us all the information we needed as ski beginners but later was helpful. Would not recomment if it's your first time ski. Location is isolated and not walking distance from the city or the ski attractions - about 5-10 min drive so you need to spend half a day with logistics before you can start skiing. The hotel bar is very pleasant with great apres ski cocktails and complimentry food. Overall it is a good hotel

Excellent service and staff. Fantastic food and good facilities. Great for ski in and out.
WiFi is shocking..almost non existent. Would have preferred a kettle in the room rather than expresso machine but that’s a personal preference,

good ambience with rustic feel. Location was excellent to get to the slopes. Most staff tried very hard but it was clear that the hotel was chronically understaffed and under-invested.

WiFi was dreadful!!!!! No complimentary water in the room. No shaver charging point in bathroom. No iron available.

Food was good; however, restaurant was effectively closed to hotel guests (on B and B bookings) for dinner when a tour group came...requiring hotel guests to go elsewhere (not very appealing when you are tired after a fun day of skiing). Parts of the bar were also closed.

Some staff recognised the problems and tried to help, others just ignored you "you are only Bed and Breakfast" --suggesting what we were not even entitled to be able to pay for dinner at our own hotel.

The Pool an Spa are excellent--but extra. The extra, however, is worth it.

I would go again but armed with the above knowledge and expectation.

Viaggio molto spesso, per lavoro e per diletto, ma raramente ho trovato una qualità così alta in un 4 stelle. Camera molto ampia, pulitissima, ampio e panoramico balcone, spa attrezzata , con personale molto cordiale, piscina, idromassaggio interno ed esterno e zona percorsi.
Colazione stupefacente, abbondantissima, con personale pronto a fare crêpes a richiesta sul momento.
Cortesia della conciergerie , ampio parcheggio. Entusiasta dell’hotel e dell’accoglienza

Albergo splendido sulle piste. servizio ottimo. Ho soggiornato in una camera singola , un pò piccola ma il letto era matrimoniale (mi ha raggiunto l'ultima notte la mia compagna con un piccolo extra).
Ristorante ottimo, ma non sempre disponibile anche prenotando se non si ha las "mezza pensione". Area Spa buona a pagamento extra (brava Valeria ).
Tutti si danno da fare per aiutare l'ospite. Giudizio molto positivo

Tutto fantadtico. L'unico problema è stato l'accesso al ristorante... Non c'era mai posto...

The Bar area with light food snacks in the evening is the highlight of the hotel. The rooms are very warm and the pillows are uncomfortable. Breakfast is good but the same restaurant is trying too hard to become fine dining in the evening and missing the mark except for on the price which definitely is high end for the quality.

Overall disappointed with this hotel especially considering the cost. The best thing was the location for ski in/ski out and the staff were very nice and helpful. The eating arrangements were fine for breakfast but not suitable in the evening for a family with young children, only one restaurant not two and it was a la carte and expensive. The room was very noisy at night, didn’t sleep well at all. The family rooms were not soundproof at all. Wouldn’t return despite the lovely staff.

Contratamos una hab familiar superior en noviembre.costo casi 1500 euros 3 noches, a la llegada a las 11:30 de la mañana no nos dejaron entrar en la hab con la disculpa de que no estaba hecha y luego nos enteramos que a otras personas les dejaban hacer el check in antes de la hora porque la camarera estaba haciendo sus habs a la carrera, el problema que tenían con nosotros es que tuvieron que transformar una hab doble en cuádruple y nos mandaron al subterráneo al lado del gimnasio y el spa con el ruido y trasiego de gente por los pasillos, por no hablar del calor y la hab que estaba sin reformar, el colchón y las almohadas eran horribles la calidad del sueño pésimo!! Hablamos con el Director del hotel con el fin de que esta situación no se repitiera para futuros y con buenas palabras dijo que lo único que podía hacer era rebajar el precio pero que TODO DEPENDÍA DE EXPEDIA PUES COBRABA UNA COMISIÓN MUY ALTA!! lo cierto es que nos descontó 100 euros por toda la estancia... el desayuno tampoco es para tirar cohetes tiene muchas carencias, además nos cobraron 10 euros por una tortilla francesa...!!! El bar es carísimo y el servicio de transporte hace un horario muy corto hasta las 19:30 de tal manera que si quieres cenar en el pueblo, a la vuelta al estar alejado del centro te obliga a coger taxi o ir andando 20’, atención el taxi 2 minutos cuesta 20 euros!!!
En fin, nos sentimos muy decepcionados con este establecimiento y su política de precios. Una ESTAFA!!!
