The woman that checked us in was wonderful. The room was great and the food delicious. We were really glad we picked this hotel. Great price as well!
Todo bien
The staff were lovely and very friendly, and the hotel was a nice family run business so it was a shame that there is virtual little facilities within the local area.
Chema & Silvia were FABULOUS, so courteous, very nice, friendly, accommodating, they offered great suggestions and took their time to even chit chat with us, although they were busy…they were GREAT!!!
Good overnight stop for us on a motorcycle.
Accueil chaleureux. Literie de bonne qualité, confortable. Chambre agréable.
A wonderful location just outside Pamplona. Bus opposite hotel takes you to centre of Pamplona. Sylvia is a fabulous host.
Great bar and restaurant if a little slow in terms of service. Big room with really good shower. Overall not cheap though.
Nos gustó la amabilidad de dueños y personal. Silvia un ser humano alucinante!!!!.
Habitación muy cómoda, silenciosa. Desayunos y restaurante excelente!!! Sin duda en próximo viaje, volveremos!!!
We had a room with a window to the interior courtyard, the two single beds were comfortable and the bathroom was very good, great shower.
La habitación limpia y funcional,el único pero la cama que aunque inmensa el colchón muy blando y a los que padecemos de la espalda nos deja bastante tocados, por lo demás muy recomendable y los propietarios muy amables.
Very comfortable and highly hospitable. The dining experience was superb. Would definitely stay here again.
A decent walk off the camino to get here (and back). Room was good. The cafeteria/bar was noisy and good.... good aesthetics. The clerk at the desk was neither pleasant nor unpleasant..just there..not too helpful. May have had to do with the non-Spanish speaking guests. The wait staff/bartender more than made up for the desk clerk.
· The room was clean. The shower was great. The location, although a little outside the town and a little off the Camino route was ok. The bar had a decent menu, the food was tasty, and the menu was in English too.
· Noise! We got the dreaded room 103. It was right above the patio area where there was noise from customers until quite late. When I asked the girl on reception what time the bar closed and if the noise would stop then, she rose her eyes to heaven and said it would be closed at ten o'clock and that, yes, the noise would stop then. It didn't. It went on and on, and also, because the hotel has wooden floors throughout and is very open, the sound of banging doors resonated through the building too. The noise from the bar and the attitude of the reception staff would put me off ever staying here again. The bar staff were lovely though. Maybe they should operate the reception too.
Beautiful chalet style hotel. Clean and comfortable. Good food in restaurant. We stayed in September when the local fiesta was held, very colourful and a little noisy but we enjoyed our stay. To be fair the fiesta moved down the road in the evening so no sleep disturbances. Would definitely stay again
We spent our first night on the way home here the hotel was very comfortable hot water lovely room . It is obviously the local hotspot . As we were travelling we only had a snack in the evening . Would we go back absolutely . Thank you
This hostel was much better than anticipated. Clean, nice lounging spaces upstairs, and air conditioning. The staff were very helpful.
Spent a very enjoyable 2 nights. The rooms were large and comfortable, only thing missing was a hairdryer, but I had my own with me and although we didn’t try the restaurant, we ate in the cafeteria/bar both nights and had very enjoyable meals at a good price. . We decided to leave the car in the hotel car park and get a taxi to the city, which worked out very well. The cost each way was just over 10 euros.
The staff were very helpful and friendly and we would definitely return if we were visiting Pamplona again.
