Unfreundliches Personal. Wir haben jetzt verstanden, weshalb auf dem Flyer immer noch die nette Familie mit Hund und Kind als Gastgeber abgebildet ist, obwohl diese das Haus seit 4 Jahren nihct mehr betreiben. Wir kommen sicher nicht mehr wieder

Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Aufenthalt war in Ordnung.

Schönes Hotel in traditionellem Haus nahe zum Zentrum und Skilift
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist für Skifahren auf dem Betelberg perfekt. Man kann die wenigen Meter zum Skilift gut mit Skischuhen laufen. Hilfreich ist der Skiraum. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Auch das Restaurant ist empfehlenswert. Das Erlebnisbad Lenk mit Vergünstigung durch Ferienpasse ist leicht zu Fuss erreichbar und bietet zu günstigem Preis viel.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind recht klein, aber mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet. Wie immer, wären ein paar zusätzliche Hacken zum Aufhängen von Sachen (z.B. Skikleider) hilfreich.

obwohl Buchung bestätigt, stand kein Zimmer zur Verfügung

Wir haben über booking.com gebucht und auch die Reservationsbestätigung erhalten. Als wir am 22.02.26 um kurz vor 17 Uhr im Hotel waren, wurden wir relativ unfreundlich begrüsst (wir haben die Empfangdame beim Essen gestört) und kurz darauf wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass zwar unser Name auf ihrer Liste stehen würde, jedoch keine Buchung vollzogen wurde und wir somit KEIN Zimmer hätten. Uns wurde zwar vom netten Herrn eine Unterkunft in Lenk gesucht und auch gefunden, jedoch wäre uns definitiv lieber gewesen, sie hätten booking.com am Morgen oder früher kontaktiert, dass etwas nicht stimme (übrigens nicht das erste Mal!) und somit wir von booking.com angeschrieben worden wären. So hätten wir noch vor der Hinreise die Gelegenheit gehabt, eigenständig eine Unterkunft zu suchen.

Es waren wunderschöne Tage
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut und die Lage auch. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und alles war sauber.

Cons:

Es hat zu wenig Parkplätze. Beim Frühstück wäre ein ein kleiner Tischeimer ideal für den Abfall.
