au calme, mais tout de même pour personnes agèes un peu loin du centre à pied....bon petit déjeuner, personnel agréable, jolies chambres

ce n'est pas la faute à l'établissement,! j'ai demandé en ligne avant arrivée sîl y avait un ascensoeur, et j'ai reçu réponse que oui, mais en arrivant il n'y a pas d'ascensoeur! c'est Booking.com probablemtn qui mâ répondu via IA , en anglais, en plus , alors que ma question était en allemand ou français, donc,ils ont répondu de manier automatisée et en plus Faux, et ce n'est pas la faute de l'établissemtn! il ne faut pas que Booking.com fasse cela!

Ein riesengroßes Dankeschön an das gesamte Team!

Wir befanden uns ganz unerwartet in einer schwierigen Situation und brauchten sehr kurzfristig noch am späten Abend eine Unterkunft. Das Personal hat sofort reagiert, sich unserer Situation angenommen und alles dafür getan, uns schnell und unkompliziert zu helfen. Obwohl es bereits spät war und unsere Ankunft völlig spontan erfolgte, wurden wir problemlos untergebracht und sehr herzlich empfangen.

Der gesamte Service war ausgezeichnet: freundlich, hilfsbereit, professionell und absolut zuverlässig. Man hatte wirklich das Gefühl, dass den Mitarbeitenden das Wohl der Gäste am Herzen liegt. In einer für uns sehr stressigen Situation hat uns das Team sofort Sicherheit gegeben und eine schnelle Lösung gefunden.

Auch die Unterkunft selbst hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Alles war angenehm und gepflegt, und der wunderschöne Ausblick aus den Fenstern war ein besonderes Highlight. Wir konnten endlich durchatmen und unseren Aufenthalt genießen.

Wir sind dem gesamten Team für die außergewöhnliche Hilfsbereitschaft, die Flexibilität und den hervorragenden Service sehr dankbar. Eine klare Empfehlung von Herzen – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel liegt herrlich ruhig. Wir haben 2xdort gegessen und waren sehr zufrieden mit der Küche.

Cons:

Es war alles gut. Da ich kein Freund von Spannteppichen bin würde ich eventuell diese, welche noch in gewissen Räumen anzutreffen sind bemängeln. Das ist aber das Einzige was ich auszusetzen habe. Sonst hat uns der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen.
