Great location. Friendly staff. Easy parking. Cosy bar with lots of character. Nice room and plenty of space downstairs to relax on sofas. Tasty evening meal.
The sash windows don’t open so unable to get fresh air. The overhead ceiling fan was dusty. However there was a plug in fan in the room.
Beautiful building, friendly welcome, very comfortable room / bed. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was great.
Nothing. I plan on visiting Cromer more throughout the year so I will be booking a room in the Cliftonville hotel again.
The renovation of the hotel following a long period of closure and damage is very good, food was also of a high standard
The room was a bit drab & tired looking, lighting was poor/dim.
The staff were good. Especially Olivia who was friendly, professional and very helpful.
The continental breakfast could have had more options.
The hotel is amazing-very quirky in places. The room is described as cosy but it was delightful with lots of little touches-water, flapjack squares. The sea view was lovely. Breakfast very good. it was a shame we only stayed 1 night.
Nothing-everything worked well for us.
Lovely old building, great location. The room was a good size, quiet, and clean. The large, comfy bed and the sea view.
The Full English breakfast was good, and having on-site parking was a big plus.
The bathroom was nice, although the rusty shower holder should be replaced.
Excellent location and a fantastic breakfast
Bar and restaurant opening a bit later at night
location room nice
room pricing is inconsistent my son had a bigger and better room for less money
Room was Excellent
Very Poor Choice for Continental Breakffast
Great location
Comfortable bed
Good shower
Friendly staff
Good bar prices
All good
Everything
Lovely staff, location couldn’t be better, good breakfast.
Room very small, feeble shower (virtually unusable).
Good parking and check-in, quiet room, wonderful sea view, pleasant dining room, easy reach of coast path and town.
Poor lighting in the room for reading in the evening.
It had character
The room was a bit rundown, the staff preferred to continue chatting rather than see if they could assist you.
