Жах - це найкоротше і найобʼємніше.
Pros:

Лише місце розташування. Навіть про відсутність шумоізоляціі та концерти під вікнами промовчу. Трму що в цьому готелі це постійно присутнє.

Cons:

34 номер. Ймовірно для збільшення простору весь у дзеркалах. При такому мікроскопічному просторі ці дзеркала спотворють цю кімнату.

Фен шукайте десь у шафі.

В сейф ні макбук, ні, навіть, айпад не поміститься, великий гаманець теж.

Абсолютно байдужий персонал. Вранці на рецепцію дозвонитись нереально, видно сплять довго. Потім, замість перепросити, кажуть, що «пропущених» немає.

Попередньо попросила приготувати ланч бокс (сніданок з собою). Звісно вранці нічого готово не було. Вирішила поснідати в ресторані на першому поверсі. Незважаючи на те, що було два (зі мною) відвідувачі, офіціантку довелося шукати набираючи загальний номер ресторану. Попросила уже скласти з собою, поки заберу речі з номера.

Результат - сніданку з собою немає. Смачного персоналу)

Про прохання викликати таксі навіть не розповідатиму. Я не розумію навіщо такий персонал, який з елементарним завданням не справляється.

Щойно ви прочитали ставлення готелю до (уже в минулому) колишнього клієнта.

Отель расположен в удобном месте, завтраки вкусные и большой выбор сладких и соленых вариантов. Дизайн очень красивый, кровать - удобная.

Cons:

В номере было немного прохладно, но ночью теплое одеяло справляется с этой проблемой.

Все сподобалось. Буду зупинятися в цьому готелі і рекомендувати знайомим.
Pros:

Прекрасне і зручне місце розташування в самому центрі. Привітний персонал. Допомогли з паркуванням машини. Стильний, цікавий дизайн. Номер, хоч і не великий за площею, але доволі просторий і зручний. Наявність дзеркал створює відчуття додаткового обʼєму. В номері ж все необхідне.
Особливо приємне ставлення до гостей з домашніми улюбленцями! Нам запропонували підстилочку для собаки, мисочки, дали смаколики.
В готелі дуже чистої затишно.
Дуже смачний сніданок. Мені запропонували обрати час сніданку, щоб не чекати. Це дуже зручно.
Взагалі, дуже приємні враження після проживання в готелі.

На одну ніч ок, але напів люкс я уявляю по іншому.
Pros:

Місце розташування та буде атмосферно у самому готелі в коридорах (не в номері).

Cons:

Номер на фото якісніше ніж в реальності.
Якось не дуже гарно витерта пилюка в шкафах та не вистачало взагалі серветок, якихось косметичних наборів.
