Pros:

Sehr schönes Gebäude, zentral gelegen, Fahrstuhl, großes Apartment, Upgrade erhalten. Die Betten waren bequem. Es gab zusätzlich ein Schlafsofa im Wohnraum, 2 Fernseher (Wohnraum mit Essecke und Küchenzeile und im Schlafzimmer). Sogar eine Waschmaschine war vorhanden.
Der Weg vom Hotel zu den Palace Suites ist kurz und leicht zu bewältigen, wenn man im Hotel frühstückt. Das Ambiente im Hotel ist ansprechend und gehoben. Auch vor dem Hotel gibt es Sitzplätze bei schönem Wetter. Das Frühstück ist für ein paar Tage abwechslungreich genug. Es gab eine Auswahl an Optionen a la carte, die inkludiert sind, und man wird bedient.
Der Fußweg zur Tiefgarage San Giusto ist kurz. Die Hinfahrt mit dem Auto wegen der Einbahnstraßen aber recht weit. Der Kurzdauerparkplatz zum entladen und Beladen des Gepäcks unweit des Hotels ist auf 40 Min.beschränkt. In dieser Zeit kann man aber einchecken und das Gepäck entweder im Hotel lassen oder in die Suite bringen. Beim Auschecken gilt das gleiche. Hotelgäste erhalten eine Reduktion der Parkgebühr von 15 %.

Cons:

Das Schlafzimmer war etwas knapp bemessen, um unten am Doppelbett vorbeigehen zu können. In der Küche gab es zwar eine umfangreiche Ausstattung, wie Pfannen, Töpfe, Gläser, Wasserkocher, Microwelle etc., aber weder Geschirrtücher, noch Gewürze oder Spülmittel. Auch Waschmittel für die Waschmaschine war nicht bereitgestellt. Es gab keine Seifenschale und keine Handtuchhaken beim Waschbecken. Bei der Dusche war auch nur ein Handtuchhaken vorhanden.
In der 1. Nacht war die Nachbarsuite belegt, die Gäste kamen spät heim und machten laut Partymusik an, die recht gut zu hören war. Obwohl die Palace Suites in der Fußgängerzone liegen, hört man Verkehr und v.a. die Müllabfuhr, die täglich auch mitten in der Nacht arbeitet.

Die Lage des Hotel war perfekt. Das Parkhaus San Giusto war fußläufig 5 Min. entfernt.

Der Zimmersafe hat nicht funktioniert. Auch auf Nachfrage konnte dieser nicht funktionstüchtig gemacht werden. Die TV-Sender sind rein in italienischer Sprache. Für ein 4*-Hotel darf man sich wenigstens 3 od.4 deutschsprachige Sender erwarten. Die Dusche war auf den 1. Blick einem SPA ähnlich. Leider stellte sich heraus, dass nur 1 Duschkopf funktioniert und diesen musste man in die Hand nehmen weil sich dieser auf Bauchhöhe befand.

Ein Aufenthalt wie man ihn sich wünscht
Pros:

Unser Aufenthalt in Palace Suite war perfekt! Die Lage großartig, die Suite so elegant und gut ausgestattet, dass man gerne „heimkommt“. Das Personal freundlich, sprachgewandt und immer bemüht. Unsere Anliegen wurden prompt und perfekt erledigt. Beim Frühstück mussten wir kurz warten, allerdings wurden dann alle Wünsche erfüllt und es war köstlich. Parken problemlos. Check in um 14 h, Check out um 12 h ist toll. Insgesamt ein Luxus an den man sich gerne gewöhnt!

Top Lage für alles! Großzügige Suite. Im Haus sehr ruhig und angenehm. Super Frühstück. Rezeptionspersonal sehr freundlich!

Cons:

Straßenlärm und Lärm aus der Fußgängerzone nichts für Lärmempfindliche Menschen. Klimaanlage leider erst ab Ende April zu nutzen, dadurch war es sehr warm. Das servierte Frühstück ist toll, funktionierte aber am letzten Morgen nach Personalwechsel nicht mehr gut. Safe funktionierte nicht und wurde während des Aufenthalts nicht repariert. Badebeleuchtung eher spärlich (kein Licht in der Duschecke).
