We enjoyed our brief stay & look forward to returning to make full use of the hotels facilities.
Pros:

Our evening meal was out of this world! The attentiveness of the staff & the skills of the chefs made it a meal we will remember & will look forward to returning !

Cons:

We couldn’t get our showers to work properly & the bed & pillows weren’t the most comfortable .

Ein erholsamer Urlaub mit tollem Blick

Zum Frühstück konnte man viele verschiedene gekochte Versionen von englischem Frühstück bestellen, darunter auch eine große Auswahl an vegetarischen Gerichten, die alle ausgezeichnet geschmeckt haben. Der Afternoon-Tea und das Ostermenü waren auch sehr lecker.
Am letzten morgen bekamen wir noch ein tolles Frühstück auf das Zimmer geliefert, weil wir schon so früh zur Fähre mussten.

Cons:

Nur die Tatsache, dass wir einen Tag zu spät kamen, weil die Fähre einen kleinen Unfall hatte und deshalb ausgefallen war. Eigentlich gibt es ansonsten nichts auszusetzen. Das Haus liegt wunderschön und ruhig. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen nett.

Would exactly call it Luxury
Pros:

The staff were outstanding

It was extremely clean

2 visits by housekeeping daily

Parking was excellent ( I’m registered disabled)

Cons:

The fact that the rooms were far too warm. The ceiling fan constantly clicked so couldn’t be left on whilst trying to sleep. The only way to cool the room was to leave the doors open. Then the birds started performing at 5am. I had 2 really bad nights as my Fitbit told me with lots of wake ups

Our pyjamas were screwed up and shoved under the pillows

The bathroom had no windows or ventilation and was like a sauna

The step in and out of the bath. Why were we not told that bath steps were available ??

Rug at side of bed was a trip hazard

Breakfast average. No bread just croissants

Gym looked tired ( even though I’m
Disabled I’m a fitness instructor)!

Didn’t see the point of mentioning the heat as other reviews have to no avail

The real luxury is being taken care of by truly great hosts!
Pros:

First of all, Jersey has a charm of its own, and at the Atlantic Hitel, this charm is emulated by all the people who take perfect care of you. The Hotel is as comfortable as you may need, but the real difference is its staff - I would absolutely go back there again!
Oh, and those sunsets! Simply fantastic!

Cons:

Nothing, really - it was quite a perfect stay.

Pros:

Beautiful hotel … at the very luxurious end of the spectrum

Cons:

Only very minor issues .. bathroom taps and shower were more form than function … but nothing in the scheme of things

A wonderful relaxed stay in an exceptional hotel with beautiful views and a welcoming atmosphere.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel very tastefully decorated with a lovely ambiance and relaxed feel .
Very welcoming and friendly staff with a genuine interest in the guests and their comfort.
Breakfast was a lovely experience with beautifully presented fruits , pastries , yogurts , fruit juices and a great selection of warm breakfast options .
The hotel was very clean and the pool area and terrace had comfortable seating and beautifully kept gardens .
A gem of a find and will definitely return for another stay

Pros:

Scenery, friendly and helpfull staff.
Standard of furnishings.
Bus stop outside to hotel.

Cons:

Meals expensive, especially in the bar.
Some of the breakfast didn't taste great, perhaps the cooking oil was leaving a flavour.
Breakfast overall very good and healthy.
House maids all Hard working and polite.
