All service personnel were amazing
The property itself was terrible
No hot water, room wasnt clean, hard mattress, hard pillow, shower head was broken, toilet was broken
Great location but wouldn't stay there again

I was a bit concerned at the start with my room but they changed the next day for me. I was right on the beach with a beach bar in front and a 5 minute walk to the village centre. Staff were great and very helpful

The resort is at the end of a walk from the pier. Makes for a quieter stay. The rooms are small but very nice and right on the beach. We stayed in a cabin at the resort. Great value hotel.

We liked everything

We had a beach front room which we booked months before our trip. We had to wait for the guy to collect our luggage, if I was young & fit we would have dragged our cases to the resort. The beachfront room was on a tilt and the bathroom was more noticeable with all the cracked tiles on the wall and floor, bathroom door had to be lifted to be able to close as mossies came through the floor cracks. The shower gave of a sewage smell and pressure was nearly non existent especially the sink. We had no sheets, towels or room made up for our entire 1 week stay. Bin was on the balcony and emptied daily along with 2 bottles of water. We had to go to reception for toilet paper. We had 1 towel each for our entire stay. You need your own beach towel. Furniture is all wood and needs a good clean, the bed was very dusty where the mattress sits. Mossies came through the cracks on the floor on the side of the bed. Bathroom needs ripping out & new installed. For what we paid for beach access I’d expect a good bathroom and bed, it was hard. Setting on the beach was beautiful and the bar in front of our cottage was also good for bottles of small Chang’s at 100bht Smile & Sandy were lovely girls who worked hard.

If you are on a budget, its good! Since its koh phiphi expect people to be a bit noisy !!!
Otherwise, its fair enough.

The hotel is bare minimum and high priced for what it provides. The behavior of the manager is very rude, unnecessarily . Overall I won't recommend the hotel

Bed bugs misleading pictures

At the very far end of PHI PHI island. The huts are in the front of the property looked empty (that’s what we thought we booked). We were in the second floor and had an ant problem. Got bitten in bed. Shower was very strange lots of construction near but got a bit loud in the am.

Great location

The area could not be better and they gave us the front facing room, however wished the staff was more available, they were not present after dark. No tea coffee was available even though there was a kettle and cup. Given the price, expected the little small things.

Reserved family room already given to others, had to take other rooms

the receptionist was SO incredibly rude when she checked us in and the room was terrible with curtains that did not function and the bungalow was on a busy road, so anyone could see into our room.
the shower/bathroom/toilet are just 1 large room. the room was terrible and we decided to leave after a few hours because we found a much nicer room for half the price. the girl who checked us in was so so rude and clearly annoyed that she had to raise a finger.

The ones shown are just a few cottages, the real ones are behind in a building, secluded & claustrophobic. Its like living inside a matchbox. Bathroom was barely big enough to stand!

A lady sits in the front allocating rooms & thats the end & start of any hotel staff!

Strictly for budget travellers for 1 night sleepover, not a day more! Would never recommend this place

Good thing, close to Beach, few steps in to the sand

No one told us about the cleaning.. apparently you have to inform front desk if you want to clean the room or want fresh towels.. bathroom is always wet. The shower head is right on top of the toilet seat and sink. When you take a shower, everything gets wet.

Beautiful and right off the beach about 20 steps.
Bungalows were clean and have 5 minute walk to all the main restaurants and bars and shopping

Property was alright. Nothing special. Very small. Nice little deck. Very dark interior. It was acceptable and right on beach.

The hotel had a fantastic location, near the end of the bay which made up for incredible pictures! The bed was very comfy and cozy, the shower was pretty funny though. My boat left with my backpack on it and the hostess was extremely nice and helped me get a new boat and called to make sure they found my backpack.
