It was convenient for two night’s stay. Anything longer, we would consider elsewhere.

The location of the property suited us as sits in between Totnes and Dartmouth. Parking being included in ideal**

Cons:

It was a bit rugged. Nearly bumped my head a few times in the strangely formatted roof surface near the window, which was also right above the beds. The facilities in the room such as the bathroom, shelves, and curtains looked like it needed a bit of TLC.

**It was also very popular with golfers, between 10 and 12, the car parking is a full.

The room was very clean, with plenty of coffee's etc, there was a fan in the room aswell which was needed in this heat. The staff were really friendly and helpful

Pros:

Location, facilities and friendly staff were great.

Cons:

Bed was slightly firm for my preference. Given the exceptional hot weather provision of added portable air con unit or windows opening wider would have been more comfortable at night.

We had a lovely weekend and enjoyed Dartmouth.
Pros:

We didnt have breakfast, but we did eat in the evenings.
Both meals were nice.

Cons:

Disappointed that the jacquzzi wasnt working.
We also felt the driveway in, needs looking at.
