Parking et localisation pas très éloigné de Marseille et Aix-en-Provence, assez calme la semaine , très grand lit très agréable avec coussin à mémoire de forme, propreté et équipement
Quelques minutes d'attente à la réception sans un employé.
La chambre était adaptée à mes attentes et spacieuse.
J'avais réservé cet hôtel pour pouvoir profiter de la piscine ainsi que ma compagne qui m'accompagnait. Je n'avais pas été informé que la piscine était en travaux et pendant que j'étais au travail ma compagne n'a pas pu en profiter aussi.
Chambre spacieuse puisque j'étais dans une chambre handicapée, calme et bien située
D'avoir été mise dans une chambre handicapée alors que je ne le suis pas avec une douche sans paroi ni rideau donc salle de bain complètement inondée, pas de sèche cheveux comme c'est le cas dans les autres chambres, odeur très forte dans la salle de bain, piscine hors service, bar fermé à 18h alors qu'il fait 35° dehors et personnel peu accueillant
Pas assez de personnel. Manque de vaisselle pour le petit-déjeuner...pas de sèche-cheveux.
Visiblement, on ne se donne pas les moyens bien qu'il y ait un flux de clients important.

Top accueil du personnel qui était très à l'écoute et compréhensible par rapport à ma demande de commencer le p'tit dej plus tôt que l'heure d'ouverture (suite imprévu)
